Our college's infustructure is very good, a far better than many colleges of Kolkata and in this Haldia institute of technology is one step ahead and faculty members are always helpful and stand by us.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is good, there are many subjects for us for gain knowledge and enrich our skills. Our exam conducted by MAKAUT and there happens every semester and we have to fill a form, an admit card is issued and we take the exam.
Placement Experience
Our college has excellent job opportunities, in this year many companies have came and almost half of the students are placed till now and our college provide internships and for this we are referred by our college and faculties and get stipend.
College Events
There are many events celebrated in our college like quiz competition, technical quiz, yearly tech fest, various annual cultural programmes and there is many debate competitions and intra cultural events in our college too.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Our fee structure in college is not very much.It can be afforded and the fees are taken in semester wise and there is a scholarship system also. If a student tops in any one year, his one semester fee will be deducted.
Fees and Financial Aid
Scholarships are available in our college. If a student tops in any of the year, he will be rewarded with a scholarship of fee of one semester and he would not have to give this. And loan facility is also available in our college, students can take loan from bank by showing as a student of this college.
Campus Life
Here cricket, football, table tennis, and sports are held in every year. We participate in this and fell refreshed. And our labs are quite good, every lab is very clean and we learn a lot of things through labs.
Hostel Facilities
Our hostel is not very high five. But it is quite good. Two people are allowed in a room and there are rooms for 4 people also and there is also a mess attached to it and we can get the food easily from that mess by paying monthly.
Alumni/Alumna
Our seniors are good, they teach us many things,help us in various ways and give us suggestions and tell us how to do difficult tasks and tell us their preparation strategy for interviews. And thus in the college we are benefitted.
Admission
I gave the WBJEE Exam and got 12359 Rank there and through counselling ,I got admission in the ECE branch at Haldia institute of technology.And thus I came to my college and started studying in the college.
Faculty
Our faculty members in Haldia institute of technology are very helpful and they help us in various situations and give us tips to do some difficult projects and thus with their help, we people do it very easily.
