Remarks
I got many exposures within the college. The faculty are very friendly. They motivate the students when they fall down. The infrastructure are very friendly. We can roam here and there. Lab facilities are good. The hostel provides home feelings. There is a 24/7 lab where we can expose ourselves nearly 50% of the students are placed.
Course Curriculum Overview
It is one of the best emerging engineering colleges in Uttarakhand with good infrastructure and management. Has a cafeteria for students and faculties separately maintaining professionalism. Course curriculum according to UTU Government Technical University.
Placement Experience
Placements are also satisfactory. Finally, it depends upon the abilities you have. Even college is providing internships to students.
College Events
Other activities like cultural are carried out each year and college is having a good reputation in cultural activities TECH Sangram, Utkaarsh, Techfest, gym, and sports are also there with each and every type of equipment.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Overall fees of B.Tech Students Appx 105000 Per Annum. I opt for this college because its low on a budget only 4.2 lacks for four years and placement is also good especially for CS, ME, PE and ECE branch.
Fees and Financial Aid
At RCE you can get a scholarship in two ways through the 12th-grade percentage or through the Performance in B.tech exam and if you have scored above 75% marks then you will get a scholarship on tuition fee in all the courses and if you are not eligible for a scholarship based on 12th grade, you still have a chance to get a scholarship.
Campus Life
The campus is very attractive and the crowd is also huge. The college is having a BBA, Polytechnic, Engineering, and Agriculture and having a friendly nature. They will always be there to motivate and help you.

Admission
For B.Tech and B.Tech Lateral Entry programs, students must have passed Class 12 or equivalent in PCM from a recognized board with an aggregate of at least 60% marks. Admission to B.Tech and B.Tech Lateral Entry Program will be offered based on a valid score obtained in JEE Main. Candidates seeking admission to B.Sc program must have passed Class 12 or equivalent from a recognized board.
Faculty
Well qualified and experienced faculties having great knowledge about their respective subject and very helpful. College is located on the highway near the Holy Ganga itself making students convenient for traveling. The fee structure is also appropriate.
