College Environment is good,infrastructure is nice.
a good choice for a middle class family,who wants a good education with less amount of money as compare to other colleges.
Well educated teachers and experienced teachers

Dislikes

AC rooms should be there for the students.
Good internship opportunities should be there.
I guess college can teach students about the actual work done in any industryy..

Actually,i am pursuing B'tech after my diploma...so for the betterment of myself,i have chosen this course...My background was technical,so that is the only reason i have taken admission in the particular course...and of course,it is my interest to do better with the help of technologies..

Internships Opportunities

sorry,but i have no idea about it...i have not done any internship from the campus..but i know that they provide internships as well as good one. E commerce website,Online Service Management System,Myntra Clone,etc

Placement Experience

From the 7th semester you can sit on the placement drives.. Multiple companies visited like accenture,adobe,tcs etc. The percentage is little bit low this year..i have not much knowledge about it right now. I will try to get a good job.

Fees and Financial Aid

College gives you every opportunity,its up to you...you can check whether you are eligible or not...there is always a criteria to grasp that opportunity..you can check yourself and can grasp that easily....College provides scholarships to the lateral entry students..GOOD COLLEGE TO CHOOSE...

Campus Life

Navdhara,Hackathon. I guess every book which can help you in your technical and as well as your reading aspects of life.. Classrooms are little bit smaller. Good one and provides multiple sports. No idea about this right now..

Admission

There is a website of DevBhoomi Uttarakhand University,you can search it on google...there you will find the answer of your each and every question easily regarding the fee structure,the course plans,etc..

Faculty

Faculty and Staff is good...They are experienced and thus provide good education to the students.They help students to do better in their particular field..If you have any doubt,you can directly go the teacher's cabin and can discuss there...

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because of its affordability and the teaching quality of this college is good . They helps in choosing the real life application based projects . Teaching methods are impressive but they don't provide notes . We have make notes by attending class regularly. Frequency and timings of exams are of 3 hrs. For each subject . Difficulty level is moderate and students can prepare it well in the gap days also .

IIT Roorkee is the best one can get on overall basis.

Placement Experience:

Campus placement starts in Semester 7 and 8 for can say, in the last of graduation. HUL,TCS, Microsoft,JP Morgan and many huge companies visit campus for placements. Highest pakage in placement goes around 1.5 crore annually to lowest pakage around 8 LPA. Companies mainly comes for SDE role. But apart that few comes for PM, Data Science, Consulting profiles as well.

aspects of curricullum that influenced my desicion to take admission: technical based courses are available. a well defined infrastructure. seperate buildings to involve in different regions of technology. available technical courses with updated and advanced syllabus with great faculty and seminars of different active clubs like google and microoft club. Responsive faculty and well managed curriculum to focus on specific areas of each students to make them better in the region of technolgy where they want to grow. mid level toughness with regular tests and end sem combining the internal and external practical exams.

I always loved coding and learning about new technologies. Also, jobs in CS/IT department are paid high. The faculty and student ratio is on the medium side. Faculties are highly qualified from IIT and top private colleges. They are very helpful and have a great pedagogy.

Best college of uttrakhand

Remarks:

A very good college. There is no spoon feeding scene like that of private institute. As good ranking students are there you can have a good academic competition which will nurture your ability and groom to you be a better engineer.
