About my college.

Overall college is good. College should pay attention on improving the quality of teachers and students also. Students getting good rank should only be admitted. Placement is also a major point on which the college should focus.

The Course curriculum is good. As far as I remember 12-14 courses are there among which most are decent. Exams are timely taken as our college is affiliated to MAKAUT University. Steps are being taken to improve the quality of education in our college. As in each semester 4 tests are being conducted and at the end of semester we have to face exam also including assignments, mini projects and class tests. Overall it is good. Efforts to provide quality education is improving but still not up to the expectations. Hope so in the future it will improve.

Placements in India has always been an area of talk. Placements are not that good. Companies do come but the average is same as in all other private colleges across country. The average is 3lpa.From others point of view it's OK to get a package of 3lpa but I know it is not good. Yes, the college arranges training for eligible students.No internships provided by the college. Actually it is not the fault of college but students because the students are not ready to learn and don't have knowledge about what they are studying, then why should companies provide internships to those students.

There are lot of events. 1.Annual cultural meet- Each and every student gets an opportunity to win prizes according to the events they are participating in like signing, dancing, recitation, debate, drama etc. 2.Auspicious Paradigm - In this a group of students perform for everyone present in the college. They sing, dance, act. 3.Prayukti-The technical fest of our college where students from other colleges also participate(including our own college) and showcase their talent in more than 24 events winning cash prizes. 4.Rivera-This is the day students wait for the enjoyment. Bollywood singers are called to join our college for a night, each and every student enjoys the night.

The fee structure of my college is feasible. If compared to other private colleges in India our college fee structure is feasible. It is around 40000 rupees per semester which is I think feasible for most of the students if compared to other colleges.

Yes, there are scholarship facilities provided by the college for resident students. For students outside state also college does not barrs students from the facilities received from their own state government. And college also gives scholarships to students who top in their departments for the academic year.

Extracurricular activities are also available in the college. Labs are well structured and organized. Equipments are also available not up to the expectations but still it is good. Each and every sport is supported by the college. Intra sports competition occur in college and prizes are also there for winning teams. Facilities provide by college towards sports is good. Annual sports day is also celebrated each year where students participate, showcase their skills in sports and win awards and prizes.

No, I am living in hostels right now. I am in 3rd year. But during the period of 1st year I used to live in hostel. I would give 4 out of 5 rating. It is good. The infrastructure is good, privacy is ignored as 3 students occupy the same room and the rooms are not spacious enough to sustain. But this can be ignored as because days pass and within weeks we don't need privacy.

I do not have much contact with the alumni of college. Some seniors are in contact and I get guidance from them regarding what to do and what not to do to get into a good profile job. Alumni are there in many big companies. Some alumni are also in the IITs and NITs working as professor and Assistant professor. Some are in good government jobs. Some are settled abroad also and working for big MNCs.

Got admission through WBJEE ranking. Got the rank and then was called for documents verification. After verification again we were called after few days for fees submission and hostel allotment. At last we were alloted our hostels and the journey started.

Honestly some faculties in some departments are good but again not up to my expectations. Some faculties do not have proper experience and some are not able to express themselves. The message is not conveyed properly. The way they teach is hardly understood by the students.
