Great experience with South City College

All things are positive. I haven't seen any negetive things. One negetive thing is college politics which you can ignored.

Course curriculum is nice. 3years 3 main exams. Papers were Hard. Papers were prepared by Calcutta University. That's the main reason. College provided maximum classes before the exam. Every students needs to attend classes.

Placements were no so great. I got a Job at small BPO. You have to find the MNC job by yourself. College won't provide you with any kind of good Job. There was no internship program. Overall experience bad.

Yearly fest and Fresher party always celebrated. Other wise , there no big festivals. They will arrange a sport for every college student in every years. But most of students are less interested. Fest is great in every year.

Fee structure is very reasonable. Since its a Govt. College you have to pay 5k every year for admission. Maximum 15K in 3 years. Pretty nice structure, I believe any one can afford it.

No Scholorship / Loan Facility provided by them. As per my knowledge, there was no facilities like this. However, I'm not sure.

My Stream was Accounts Hons. So , I didn't use any kind of lab facility. However, every year they were arranged a sports for every students. But every one is pretty less interested.

They had published a list on the basis of class 12 Board exam. If your marks more than 75 percent they will put your name on the list. Then after 2 days, admission date came college senior helped me out with the procedure.

Very Nice college. Well matintained. Situtaed at a great Location , Golopark. Opposite of Ramkrishna Mission. I have enjoyed lots of time over here. You can easily go around Any where , if you dont have any class.
