Course Curriculum Overview
The course gives more importance for theoratical knowledge rather than practical.We ourselves achieve practical knowledge by indulging in various clubs or activities.Here we have two internal exams and one university exam,conducted by the APJ Kerala technological university
Placement Experience
Different companies come to college and recruit students.TCS,MRF are some of the major companies.This year about 300 students are already placed in various companies and many more jobs are offered.College provides internship for students that show excellent performance and they get stipends in a regular manner according to the work.
College Events
All major festivals are celebrated.Onam,christmas,Ramsan,national days are specialy celebrated.Specials days and college fests are conducted regularly.All departments join together and put forward many programs al regular periods.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Yes,the fee structure is according to the government norms and are feasible for every student.A regular student have to pay only rs 8225 per annum for his studies.Scholarships are also provided for poor students.
Fees and Financial Aid
College provides scholarships like e-grant,MCM and other central sector scholarships for the students who are eligible.Fee waiver is also provided for students from poor background whose academic performances are well and good.For availing these various documents are needed to be submitted.
Campus Life
The college have many clubs and groups that encourages extra curricular activities.We have a big ground,a basketball court,tennis court,volleyball court ,badminton court and many other sporting facilities.Many students participate in various competitions.The labs are good and are built according to the technical norms providing all facilities for students to experiment and study.Cultural activities are also encouraged and programs are conducted
Hostel Facilities
College hostel is very feasible.The rent and mess bills are comparatively low.Hostel provides good facilities and an excellant atmosphere for studies and recreation.The rooms are big and well maintained.
Alumni/Alumna
TKM ALUMNI is one big network and they are always there to provide an helping hand for the students.Alumni group conduct various programs and providr funds for student coordinated programs.They also provide academic and technical help for students.Alumni meetings are organised every year and they always eagerly attend the meeting to get updated about the current status of their college.
Admission
I was admitted to the college on the basis of kerala entrance exam.I was requested to submit name of the colleges that i opt for studying.I went through the centralised alotment process and was admitted in this college in the third alotment as my rank was above 10000
Faculty
All the faculties are educated and have proper knowledge about their stream of teaching.They try out their best to mould the future engineers and give better tutorials.They are helping and kind.The lab staffs are also qualified.
