Review about my college

CET provide different type of opportunities for students up to their own passion. We can choose our passion and go on with it. College has the atmosphere for develop ung it and support it. The club and staffs are really helpful fir that.

Our curriculum is secratery based. There are totally 8 semesters and in each semesters there are 6 subjects. Each subject contain 6 modules. Between the 6 month semester, there are two internal examination and a secratery exam.

Our college has an active placement and recruitment cell. Many companies are coming to our college for recruiting. Also, our college is providing internships also. Since I do not participate in the internship provided by the college, I am not clear about it.

There are a number of events celebrated in our college. Important among them are 3 D-s. First D is Disha and which is meant for first years as their fresher's program. The second D is Drishti and it's is the technical fest of college and third D is Dhwani and it is the cultural fest of college.

Since it's a government college fees are in the range of affordable range. I enrolled in the college in merit list under the catogory of OBC. So I have an annual fee of the range of 9000 rupees. It has to be paid a two times in two semesters.

Our college is providing scholarship to economically backward students. It's sponsored by CET alumnus. College will call for scholarship in the first year. From the applicants, college will scrutinise and select need full students and provide scholarship.

There are different number of clubs and sports events in the college. According to our passion we can select our own way and join different clubs. There are technical and non technical clubs in the college. Also there are college team for many sports items. All of them are going in a good way. Each have its own face and dignity.

We are residing in a hostel near to college. There are only a less number of availability for boys in college hostel. So most of the boys are residing in outside hostels. I am also in such a hostel. I have a hostel rent of 1400 per month including current bill and other service bills.

Absolutely. Alumnus are the strength of the college. CET has alumni chapters all over the world in different countries. They are all working in a good manner. There are also many alumnus in very good positions which is very helpful for getting better placement and other useful needs.

After completing higher secondary education one year I prepare for KEAM entrance exam to get good rank. Then I got a rank of 1019 and thus I got admission in my college, CET which is the number one engineering college in kerala and also the first engineering college in kerala.

Faculties in our college is highly qualified and experienced. Since it is the primitive college, it has its dignity in its faculties also. They have a well bases knowledge and it is helpful to the students in the college. Especially in the lab sessions.
