Only positive remarks about the college. Saintgits College of engineering is one of the top engineering colleges in India. Students studying here would definitely get a good career growth. Students can study the course with better facilities and infrastructures.

Course curriculum and exam structure is defined by the APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University. There are 8 semesters in a BTech course. In each semesters, there are 2 internal assessments and one University examination which is conducted at the end of the semester.

There are good placement and job opportunities for the students in this college. Reputed companies like Infosys, TCS, wipro, etc and banks like Federal Bank, SIB etc visits the college for placement drive. The college itself provides placement training for the students. Yes the college provides internships. Students are sent to various sites depending on their branch for internships.

Nakshatra- National level techno cultural fest of Saintgits College of engineering. Shrishti- National level technical fest of Saintgits College of engineering. Samyog- National level technical fest conducted by various departments. Annual sports day Etc.

Fee structure is little bit expensive. But the training given is value for money. College provides good academic and co curricular activities of the students. As the college is one of the top engineering colleges in India, students studying here would get a good career growth.

There are various scholarships provided by the college and government which is undertaken by the college. One of them provided by the college is that the students with 90% and above in PCM in 12th standard would get a scholarship amount of Rs 25000 per year until they get any backlogs. Also there are other scholarships provided by the govt. There are scheme for taking loans for economically backward students.

Labs are provided with good equipments, instruments and facilities. Extracurricular activities such as NSS, and various clubs are undergoing. Students are also involved in sports such as cricket, football, badminton, table tennis, basketball, volleyball, handball, kabaddi and so on.

Hostel also provides good infrastructures and facilities. There are separate hostels for boys and girls. The rooms available are single bed, double bed, triple and four beds. Also attached rooms and AC rooms are available. There are indoor playing facilities and mess.

There are also various alumni networks and associations in the colleges. They are also very helpful for the students as they have more experience and knowledge about the college heritage and culture. Alumni meetings are also conducted within a period.

I have appeared for Kerala Engineering and Medical (KEAM) Entrance examination. One should qualify the entrance examination inorder to join the engineering course as per the KEAM criteria. Then a rank list will be published by the government by combining the entrance examination score and 12 PCM marks. One should get good rank inorder to get admission in Saintgits as it is one of the top engineering colleges in India.

Faculties of the college are very friendly and have good helping mentality in academic as well in co curricular activities of the students. Each and every faculties have thorough knowledge about the engineering subjects. They are also willing to provide special coaching and remedial classes for weak students.
