Jay Narayana's Review

Our course curriculum is there is my overall credit is 162 entire whole my b.tech course. There is two midsem exam and one endsem exam. Weightage of the midsem and endsem exam are depend on the faculty.

Due to my batch is the first batch for IIT Jammu and there is first time placement happeninng. Now there is placement is started from this first week of september. 17 out of 33 students from the branch Computer Science got the job they will join in next year july or august. Our institute is also providing internship in all the stream, CS, EE, ME, CE, CHE,and Material Science.

Our college celebrate many events Academic and also the non academic. We celebrate Inter college Techfest, Cultural fest, Sport meet these are the big event and we celebrate many more small event like Independence day, Republic day, Gandhi Jayanti, Kavi sammelan, Etc.

There is fee structure is totally depends on family income so therefore it is feasible. Whose family income is more than 5 lak those fee will be 1.15 lack per sem, Whose family income is in between 1 to 5 lak those fee will be 0.45 lack per sem. Whose family income is less than 1 lak those student have no fee.

There is two types of scholarship plan for the B.tech students first one is MCM1 in this scholarship students can get whose income is less than five lak this scholarship is the refund the academic fee, and another scholarship is MCM2 in this scholarship student get one thousand rupee per month.

Yeah extracurricular activities are well enough with respect to the third generation IITs. There is many activities happens in our college like techfest, cultural fest, sport meet and many competitive activity based on coding, robotics, entrepreneurship.Etc.

Yeah, I opted for hostel there is the fee around twenty thousand per semester. I am getting the facilities like wi-fi, common room, indoor sports ground, and also outdoor sport ground for all the sports.

Due to my batch is the pioneer batch for IIT Jammu and we have no any alumni and also no senior students from b.tech. There is senior from m.tech and PHD. These all seniors are very helpful. Our batch will complete the course in this academic year then we will be the first alumni.

There was two exam, first level was JEE Main, after this exam top 20 percent student shortlisted for the exam JEE Advanced this exam happened about two months after the JEE Main. After the selection in JEE Advanced merit list I got a seat in this college according to my all india rank.

In our college now there are six streams. Our college started in the year 2016 and my batch is the pioneer batch for IIT Jammu. All the faculty joined after we had joined because around one year the faculty from IIT Delhi they tought us.
