Remarks
College provide good academics in order for students to flourish. Proper lecture notes are given. College lack in infrastructure as it does not have proper ground and has no auditorium. It is difficult to conduct program in college.
Course Curriculum Overview
Offers theoritical as well as technical skills to students.Every year 2 semester each having 6 theory subject and 2 lab. Conduct regular internal and university exam for all. Student requires atleast 23 marks in internal exam to able to write university exam.
Placement Experience
No placement for civil engineering. We have to go other colleges to attend for interview. Yes there is internship as our university provide activity point for attending internship. With consent from our college students do it outside with no stipend.
College Events
Arts festival -all cultural activities are involved. Competition involving offstage as well as onstage events , students compete and prize for the winners is given. Technical fest -technical events , students exhibit their technical skill Students from other college also take part in these event
Fee Structure And Facilities
Yearly fees of inr 65000/- plus inr 5000/- college fund for pta, library, lab, bus, etc Fees structure is quite expensive. It is hard for students for poor background to afford such fees. Some students ofen struggle to pay their fees
Fees and Financial Aid
I am not getting any scholarship. People from poor background based on their caste and religion get scholarship . That is quite helpful for them to pay their fees. College alumini is also providing scholarship for students studying well and is not getting any kind of scholarship.
Campus Life
College arts festival students exhibit their cultural skills. In lab we face difficulty of lack of fund though we are able to do much of the experiment given by the university. We attend all sports competition conducted by our university. Proper camp is given to students. We face difficult to camp as there no proper ground for college, students travel around 5km in order to reach ground.
Hostel Facilities
There is no boys hostel for our college and I stay in a private room.There is only hostel for girls. The hostel I stay is good with all facilities. But I face problem with food as it is not available here and everyday I have to rely upon hotel for food.
Alumni/Alumna
College alumini is providing scholarship for students from pooor background. College alumini sponsored for basketball court and vechile shed for college. They actively participate in all events conducted by college.
Admission
I wrote Keam entrance exam and secured a decent rank. Rank list is made based on mark obtained in multiple choice exam as well as the marks obtained in 12th exam. Then admitted to college through single window admission process.
Faculty
Not every teachers and staff are dedicated and knowledgeable but there are faculty with vast knowledge in subject and is ready to help students.Same time there are faculty whom does not perform well.
