Very good climate in wayanad. . Calm hostel atmospheres .no ragging from seniors . Good mens hostel and ladies hostel
Course Curriculum Overview
EEE Syllabus is so deep. There are eight semesters within 4 years . Each semester containing 6 subjects. Each subject has 6 modules.colleges are under KTU university. University has no backbone. It is just established 4 years ago.75 percentage is cumpolsory for each subject to get eligibility for attending university exams
Placement Experience
In EEE department not much placements are happening. Very few are attending for placements since more than average has enough back papers and courseouts when compared to other branches and other colleges. Not providing interships
College Events
Thourathrikam art fest is the only art fest happened in the last four years. Tech fest is just a dream for students. Onam celebrations are conducted 2 times for last 4 years.every event is limited to low budget provided by college
Fee Structure And Facilities
Since the college is government. Fee structure is not much expensive. Nearly 7k including exam fees for those having no scholarships. For backward castes its below 2k also for those who have scholarships
Fees and Financial Aid
So many students claims egrants scholarships.(income limit is crucial to get the scholarships). Loan facility is not much claimed by students here since fee structure is affordable for most. For SC/ST fee is quite low
Campus Life
Labs are okay for electrical department. Extracurricular activities are very less. Only NSS . Sports has limitation due to the slided ground. Politics is the best extracurricular activity here ?. Political fights are very common
Alumni/Alumna
I dont know about this specific question. Dont know whether alumni network look back the college. Since its everyone's dream to somehow live 4 years here. Positive senior junior relationship.no ragging
Admission
Through KEAM entrance examination only you can get admission here.plus two (PCM) Mark's are considered for keam engineering entrance exams. By the the combination of keam mark and Plus two (PCM) Marks entrance rank will be generated
Faculty
Not good. Academics are below average. Rusult wise this college stands a low place when compared to other colleges including self financing colleges. Also lacks events , fests , and college life is so bad
