Campus is ragging free. Peaceful place for studying. Hostel facilities are also good. Faculties and seniors are very helpful and friendly. There's a hospital for treatment of students free of cost. Transportation include university buses.
Course Curriculum Overview
Course syllabus is good and match the syllabus of competitive exams. Semester system also good for maintaining regularity. Practical exams include Viva Voce by external faculties coming from other pronounced universities.
Placement Experience
Yes it provides. They encourage students for going to attend different national and international seminars. They also encourage students for summer internship or camps in different universities and sometimes in other countries also. It also includes scholarship.
College Events
There's many festival that are celebrated and students are positively participated. Dol utsav and pous Mela is very famous in Santiniketan. People's are coming from different part of the country to celebrate the joy.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Not too much expensive as it is a central university and ugc funded. It is much less as compared to other universities in India. Hostel fee structure is also moderate that everyone can afford the fee.

Campus Life
There's a different sports department available. Sports includes cricket, football, tennis, table tennis, basketball,judo. Karate classes are also available for boys and girls for their self defense.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel fee are low to moderate based on the hostel and number of bed in a room. It also varies depending on the meal you have taken. But overall the hostel facilities are good, quality of food served are also good.
Alumni/Alumna
Yes seniors are very helpful. All live as brotherhood. They help a lot by providing books,notes etc. During convocation or reunion all are come to meet, memorising their class days,share their experiences and advise the junior how to make their carriers better.
Admission
Offline entrance test conducted on all India basis. 30 marks contained 1 mark's mcq questions and 50 mark's descriptive questions. Rest 20 mark's on the basis of higher secondary mark's. Then merit list release on the basis of exam.
Faculty
Faculties are very helpful and friendly. Teaching experience is required for getting chance as a faculty which is good for students. Teaching methods are also good as it includes video lectures and PowerPoint to clear the basis.
