Course Curriculum Overview
The course schedule is very tight. The course syllabus has a lot of topics which is irrelevant to the subjects we are studying.The course curriculum doesn't promote extra curricular activities. Students didn't get a chance to express their skills as the course is having a tight schedule.
Placement Experience
Placements are done regularly every year . But only the best of a batch will get the placement . College will give notifications about interview opportunities in Kerala. They also provide a Placement cell.
College Events
Onam, Holi, Union day, College day, Christmas, Freshers day, Sports day, Tour, Engineering premier league, Flood light Cricket tournament, Badminton Tournament, College Super league, Pathalam day, Hostel day, Teacher's day.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fee Structure is not that high as in private engineering college. Our college is having a cooperative governance . So they don't take much from the students. There are 3 fee categoried in our college. 1- Merit 2- Management 3- NRI
Fees and Financial Aid
MOMA scholarship is a good scholarship offer for students provided by the Indian government. There are certain requirements for considering the scholarship. E-grantz is another scholarship opportunity that students can avail.
Campus Life
Extra Curricular activities is a bit less as compared to other colleges . Athletics is less promoted here . Football and cricket is the main focus in our college. Other sports activities aren't promoted much.
Alumni/Alumna
I do believe that our college has an Alumni Association . They have contributed their donations for College infrastructure . Seniors are less interactive at first . Gradually they interact with us and become friendly.
Admission
I wrote an Entrance exam called KEAM. I got a result with my rank (13000). I uploaded my allotment preference in the official website of KEAM. Later i got my first allotment at College of engineering Thalassery. I joined the College with the proof of my Entrance score and Eligibility.
Faculty
College faculties are up to the mark.My college is one of CAPE instituitions. College faculties are the best you could get. They are friendly. They are having in depth knowledge about their subjects.
