Remarks
The college is good for academics but they are not encouraging students for extra curricular activities like games athletic etc. As it is an aided college the management is the last word so there is lack of freedom.
Course Curriculum Overview
Basically the syllabus is outdated there is a need to change the syllubus our education system is far behind the current invention. Currently there are eight semesters and for that pass percentage is 45.
Placement Experience
As Im a mechanical engineering student the placement opportunities in ky field is very less I think it is because of lack of effort taken by the placement cell. Because my friend studied in government engineering college trissur and he told that in his class most of the student get placement and incase of internship our faculties didn't guide us to the right place.
College Events
There are lot of events and celebrations in our college basically the odd semester is a dry semester since it have only one technical fest but the even semester will be colourful since it includes arts fest which is a one month programme which ends in a three day night programms.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fee structure for my college is only government fee it is affordable. And for minority students government provide scholarship like merit cum means, and other scholarships.but the cost of book is very expensive so most of them depends on xerox.
Fees and Financial Aid
There is chance for getting scholarship and educational loan. But in my opinion for an average family educational loan is not required as it doubles or triples after graduation. There is scholarship like merit cum means Scholarship, state government scholarship for minority students more than that alumini of our college also provides scholarship.
Campus Life
There are lots of extra curricular activities the national service scheme is very famous throughout Kerala some of them got national attention. There is lot of students who have caliber on very games and sports. Our cricket team football team and badminton team got zonal championship.
Alumni/Alumna
Yes. the alumini network is very effective since for the arts fest the major income is from the alumini network they provide lot of money to the events. Moreover that the connection is good for the future
Admission
For getting the admission in these college firstly I appeared for Kerala entrance and I got 1978 rank in Kerala entrance then in allotment I opted these college in fourth position since my rank is 1978 I got these college
Faculty
Most of them are good. Some of them lack experience but they will attain good quality. Most of the faculties are well experienced and have good knowledge in their subject but they lack some sort of laziness nut when we ask doubt they describe it in detail.
