Remarks
Most of the positive remarks I have already mentioned so I don't think the need to blabber about that more but the main negative point which I noticed is that we,the biochemistry students are usually restricted to participate in extracurricular activities due to hectic schedule which should be changed.
Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum is very good as it covers all the topics related to the subject. The exam pattern consist of internal assessment based on tests and assignments,the external assessment is also there which is linked with the practical exam and the final is the written exam.
Placement Experience
The college provides various internships in almost every field.be it marketing, finance,scientific ,etc.I have also joined the summer training under DBT star college scheme and the stipend are also around 15k
College Events
Various society fests for almost 10 societies and before that their auditions also take place, diwali mela, college fest, various award functions to acknowledge women working in their respective fields
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fees is feasible as the college is funded by central government. Delhi University has been known for its approach to various students from almost every part of India, be it Sikkim, Assam or Chennai.
Fees and Financial Aid
Some of the scholarship are offered by the college to the students in person with disability category, bit I don't have much knowledge about this as I have not availed any of the scholarship from the college
Campus Life
Various extracurricular activities are there in the college and one can participate in them mostly via societies,the labs are good in many of the department's except the chemistry department in which you yourself have to clean all the dirty equipment. Sports are good also
Alumni/Alumna
The seniors are very helpful which help you out in every field ,be it studies, hostels, pg ,etc. They are always with you to help in any case. They provide you with notes,books, question papers,etc whenever you need them.
Admission
The docs were checked after my marks crossed the given cut off and I got the admission. Some teachers checked the original doc's like 10th and 12th class marksheets, etc and kept the photocopies of them,the original marksheets and docs were also kept with the administrative block
Faculty
They are very old but experienced,but there should also be more young teachers who are more active. There is a balance between young and experienced teachers in our department which helps in the holistic approach towards the coarse.
