The cbcs system was introduced in my batch, and it was pretty good. Course was comparitively easy and very informative. I pursued Bcom and the new semester system had made it possible to study different and more subjects in a short span of time.

Yes, the college does give an option for internship. Though you can look for an internship outside the campus but if you are unable to find one, the college won't fail to help you out with that. Stipend is actually contingent. It really depends on the place where you are doing your internship.

College does offer placements in campus. But the number of students recruited is very very limited. I guess this is a place where the college can work on. Where most of them after pursuing a Bcom or BBA go for an mba, there are still some student who want to do a job first. So for those few students, the college should try to bring a few more recruiters.

Genesis, annual functions, sports events and a few more events are organized in the college. The events are hosted and organized by event management team which compromises the students itself. These events not only serve as a refreshments but are also helpful in enhancing your skills.

Fees structure as compared to a non govt college is very good. The time and batch I studied in had 50000 per year which makes 1 lakh 50 thousand for the three years. BBA has a course fee slightly more than that of Bcom.

No there isn't any scholarships or loan facility available as per my knowledge. Yes it might allow a scholarship in certain special cases if there is a need. But normally there are no such facilities.

Extracut activities are very often in this college. The best part is ,they won't let you hamper your college attendance or your studies. Even the labs here are in excellent condition. Every Pc is working with very good internet connectivity. Lab is fully air conditioned and also also vsry neat and clean. Sports meet is held every once in a year. The judges are absolutely non biased and also very helpful if any thing is needed.

Yes hostel facilities are average. Provides all the necessary requirements. And food is also good. Students from non hostel category are also allowed to eat from the mess so I can assure you that food isn't a problem here.

My interactions with the senior students was not that much as I was very introvert during the beginning days and that remained there. But seeing my classmates, i realise that the seniors are very helpful and not all dominating. There is no signs of ragging whatsoever.

Exam is conducted semester wise. With two semesters per year, we have a total of 6 semesters. All the exams are conducted by the utkal university. These exams are considered as external examinations. There are also examinations held before the external examinations, the internal examinations or the mid sem examinations.

Yes, I had got admission in this college. In june 2019 I graduated from this college. The process is simple. Go to any nearest Sam centre fill up the form with dsbm as an option(off course keep it in first)and submit it there with a very minimal application fees. And there it is, you are in.

The faculty is one of the best thing in this college. They are really very cooperative, and understanding. The way of teaching is good and it is easy to approach them whenever any help is needed. Apart from just course studies they also provide extra knowledge and thus make the learning experience easy and also very interesting.
