Remarks
It depends more on the person than the college or faculties. I enjoyed a lot here learn a lot from here. I miss it too. Its a fun "The college life". Lots of memories from here. Overall. Academics great, Extracurricular Average, Placements 80-90%.
Course Curriculum Overview
It is one of the best colleges under BPUT when it comes to academics. It was really very good at my time. The course covers everything as per BPUT demands. It is really good. It focuses more on the academics than any other activities.
Internships Opportunities
I don't know the answer to this. I am not sure about the current situation so i should be not speaking about this. I am not supposed to tell you this. But if they do provide it must be there on their official website.
Placement Experience
It is one of the best colleges under BPUT and almost 80 - 90% of the students are placed. It more depends upon self than the college or faculties because at the time of interview it will be you who will be facing the challenges. But yes it does a lot for students by providing training and skill development activities.
College Events
Tech Fest - Students from different colleges participate in this. Events like Bell the CAT, Gaming, Related to GATE etc Rhythm Nova - Music related Farewell..............
Fee Structure And Facilities
Its feasible. Every thing's price is increasing day by day. Its more or less feasible. One can afford this temple of education. There are many other educational institutes near it where the fees are higher than this but the academic the knowledge they provide are more or less the same.
Fees and Financial Aid
At my time many of my friends were given financial support through the medium of scholarships. I am probably not the right person to answer this. But the scholarships are there for the people of that state only.
Campus Life
Mainly it focuses on acads but there were many sport activities organised by the college by the hostel units. There is a cricket ground for cricket and football practice, basketball courts and badminton courts.
Hostel Facilities
To be honest there is a need to improve the canteen food's standards. Its better than many other but its standards really need to be improved. Other than that rest of the things are good. There is also e library for the hostelites to study there.
Alumni/Alumna
I have found many comments from my mates here and yes they are very helpful to the interested ones. No one can give any better answers than those who actually went through that moment. Yes they are helpful.
Exam Structure
Examinations are conducted by BPUT. At my time there were 8 semester and about 2 units tests to test your understanding. For current pattern one can just check the official site of BPUT. Everything will be in details there.
Admission
I entered into this college after giving an entrance examination, OJEE to be specific. Gave the examination got a good result was called for counselling. Then finally decided to start my engineering journey from that college.
Faculty
At my time the faculties were very good. I still remember when i had doubt i used to asked a lot to the faculties and every time they asked politely. They were well behaved and had profound knowledge. I thank them for everything. But don't know about the current situation as i heard many of the faculties left that college.
