Remarks
College is quite friendly when compared to many other colleges in Kerala. Clthe infrastructure of the college is brilliant. The only negative is that the hostel food is tragic at times. Me myself is not a hosteler do I don't know properly.
Course Curriculum Overview
Applied Electronics and Instrumentation deals with the study of electronics in the 1st half and then about the instrumentation side in the other half. It is about the automation of industries and almost everything. It is mostly about sensors and transducers
Placement Experience
Most of the companies which come for placement here are computer based companies. Infosys,Wipro,Verizon etc. The core companies which come for interviews are less in number when compared to computer companies. The college provides us with training programs.
College Events
Bhartham,the art festival of college will be conducted in a semester while Abhiyanthriki/Tekshethra,the tech festival will be conducted in the other semester of an year. Hangouts from Jesus youth is conducted in between. EFx ASME is conducted. IEDC programs are conducted
Fee Structure And Facilities
Feasible. 85k per annum for students in college management seats and lesser for the government enlisted ones. NRI quota students have a bigger amount than all this. Other than this amounts,there's a course registration
Fees and Financial Aid
Scholarship facilities are there for the Christian students without any backogs. Loan facility is available for every students and the college finance department helps to make it quicker and easier. College has a good relationship with South Indian Bank
Campus Life
There are 2 labs in every semester till the 6th semester. Only a lab in the 7th and no labs in the 8th semester depending on your core subject. Annual sports is conducted. College has a very good ground. Every team goes out to play in the zonals
Alumni/Alumna
The alumni association of the college is a complete waste. The other students who have passed out of college is helpful in many a ways. They'll treat like their own brothers and sisters. The alumni association take a share from the caution deposit for reasons unknown
Admission
Through the Kerala entrance exam test,score at least 10 plus in both the Maths and Physics/Chemistry paper to be qualified. There'll be a merit list from the college too depending on the marks you got in your school in 10th and 12th grades. Then there's an NRI quota. But it's way expensive than the other two ways
Faculty
The best and friendly faculty after the mechanical department. Friendly depends on the way you treat them. They'll help you through your difficult times if you treat them well. Most of the teachers are good at what they do
