The college provides a nice atmosphere for the students. Also it has good transportation facilities. The cost of living in hostel room is comparatively cheaper. Overall the college is very good in terms of academics.
Course Curriculum Overview
the course curriculum covers various subjects in the field of engineering.The exam structure is of semester wise valuation. Also there is continuous internal valuation by the faculty which improves our skills.
Placement Experience
More than 50 companies come to our college each year for offering placements to students.And yes there are internship opportunities and most of them doesn't provide any stipend and if offered it may range from 1k to 10k per month
College Events
The college has organised a college technical fest named teranis and other programmes. The union Inaguration was also held as a grand function with different. Cultural programmes. The college also occasionally hosts various workshops to help the students groom their talents.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure is feasible and for meritorious students there is fee waiver. Also we have different scholarship facilities to help the economically weaker students to pay their fees. The fee structure for management students is comparatively higher.
Fees and Financial Aid
The college provides good scholarship facilities such as national scholarship scheme and egrants scholarship. The college also helps to avail students loan from the Central Bank of India. The loan avails very low interest amount and they have a 4 hour cooling period to help us to settle down before starting to repay the loan.
Campus Life
The sports ground is very well maintained with cricket, football, basketball and handball grounds.In terms of arts the college usually emerges as overall champions in inter college arts fest.The college also has a wide variety of extra curricular activities such as nss,ncc,green army.nature club etc.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel infrastructure is good and it doesn't have any congestions in the rooms. Also the room rent of the hostel is cheap and the mess committee provides a nutritionally balanced diet every day. The mess bill of the hostel is also less.
Alumni/Alumna
Yes the senior students are very helpful and they help us to learn quickly and to focus on topics of more importance. Also the alumni association provides various monetary contributions to the college such as donating books for the library.
Admission
I wrote the entrance exam( kerala engineering and medical entrance)and scored high marks and was listed in the rank list.then i got my seat according to my marks and i was approved for a merit seat.
Faculty
The faculty in our college is well trained and they are well qualified. Most of them posses a doctorate degree in their own subjects. Also there is enough faculty for every 30 students. The faculties also undergo training every year to groom their teaching qualities.
