Remarks

we have high educated faculties and they are soft and good behaviour to students they will support every students for his ideas or programs that are conducted in college.negative remarks mens we dont have enough blocks

Course Curriculum Overview

we have only limited courses available ie, B-Tech(civil,mechanical,electrical,electronics) and B-Arch(archetecture).we have two sems per year and we have 6 papers per sem so in an year we have 12 exams + practical exam two/sem

Placement Experience

Actually our colleges are not providing placement and job but they have placement cells and other all till now no company came for placement call. yes our college is providing internship i have 15 days certificate in infotech company

College Events

we have sports day, Arts day, onam celebration,college day programs,nss day,teachers day,assosiation programs,independance program based on all departement,republic program,workshops on all department,exhibitions

Fee Structure And Facilities

fees structure is feasible.Based on the selection of courses the fees structure will varries,but have some common fees includes fund of( arts,sports,association programs) B-TeCh 50000 for merit list, 75000 for managment, B-Arch 1 lakh and above.

Fees and Financial Aid

our college provide good scholership for students who have scored higher marks in 12th grades (about 85% and above)and our colleges are providing loan facilities for students who have not afford to pay the money

Campus Life

yeah we have extracurricular activities like practical labs,sports and games for college level and university level we have points or credits for winning or participating in such activities and we have a nss team for cleaning helping others etc

Hostel Facilities

i have not opted hostel,we have both mens hostel and ladies hostel. but i know the hostel rate,for hostel it charges 50000/year inlcluding food,gym etc.if any one want to stay 2-3 days it will charge 60/head for 1 day without food

External Expense: Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Alumni/Alumna

we have good seniours and super seniors and we are like one family no ragging or no mocking from seniors they will support us in every programs or event.we together host the all programs so it will be a big victory.

Admission

I goted admission through mangment entrence exam ie, through managment seat.If u have score in entrance exam you can get admission through merit list or if u dont have entrance score you can get admission through managmnet or NRI

Course Curriculum Overview:

For csit the subjects kee changing accroding to the trendy stuffs that are currently going on but it was really hard to keep with that when all your subjects are changed and you have o idea or previous year qs to geta reference from. Exams are conducted continously with no gaps and its not a easy stuff students get lot of stress but still somehow manage.

A Complete Review of KIIT University from a Student's View

Placement Experience:

The placement opportunities at KIIT are quite good, especially for us the CSE students.The eligibility criteria for campus placements starts from 7th semester. Many well-known companies visit the university every year like TATA Consultancy Services , Infosys, Wipro, Accenture and Capgemini.The average package offered is around 6-8 lakhs and highest package offered around per yr avg is 50-60 lakhs.The percentage of students getting placements is around 90% plus in average per yr. After completing my degree, i plan to work in software industry and gain more experience in the field of technology

Placement Experience:

I would rate the placements at my college as 3 out of 5. Students usually become eligible for campus placements from the sixth or seventh semester, and a few well-known companies do visit the campus every year. The placement cell helps with basic training like resume building and interviews, and many students, especially from IT branches, manage to secure jobs. At the same time, the average salary packages are not very high and top roles are limited, so a lot of students also focus on skill development, off-campus opportunities or higher studies after completing their degree

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for placement from their 3rd year onwards. It has been only 2-3 months but I have seen several companies arriving at the college, prominent ones being Flipkar,Deloitte, Xerox, TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Microsoft, Dell and several others including startups. There is no accurate data on how many offers have been made this year, but there are rumours that more than 95% of the eligible students have got placements. After getting a degree my plans are if I dont land into a satisfying job then I will start my preparation of the military or start a new business.

Placement Experience:

So from 7th semester plcements are starting.Various Tech and Non Tech companies are also coming like TCS ,Accenture, Cognizant, Delloitte, InfoSys, KFinTech, Incture, GyanSys, Iserveu for Tech branches. and PRADAN, Aditya Birla etc for Non tech branches. Students also getting offers from OffCampus like RedHat ,CISCO ,Amazon ,Google. From On Campus Highest Package goes upto 12 to 15LPA and lowest is 4.5 but average is 5 to 6 LPA which is comperable. And about almost all are who are opting for placements got placed eventually.

Placement Experience:

After 6th semester the students get eligible for company placement. There are huge companies visited every year for the placement and many big MNCs like Amazon offers 100seats , Wipro offers 200, detollite offers 100, microsoft offers 10, ITC offers 150 , Infosys offers 300, TCS offers 200, Flipkart offers 150 and many more . Every year almost 80% of the students get placed at a good company with a minimum of 4 lakhs . After getting the degree I am planning to get placed in a multi national company like Amazon or Microsoft

Placements are ok but majority of the placement are for the IT and Cse sectors, but there are some core companies which offers a good packages. Around 40-50 % students pare placed in the companies and more over most of the students are up for the higher studies and cracking GATE exam.

See basically you placement depends on you .If you work hard you will get placed with a good package.In our college last year the avg package for CSE was around 13 Lakh per annum and highest was about 39 lakh per annum.Companies like Amazon,oracle Microsoft etc visited our college .After 4 th or 5 th semester i Think we are all capable of getting placed .

A Good University

First of all mainly because of the location it is situated. It is in the Captial Region. I got some seats in NIT-R but didn't go because the seats that i got is all 5 year course and i don't want to study for longer period of time. So the admission process is quite simple.
