I am a B Tech graduate from MBCET during the year 2015-19

Mobile Phones Are Banned inside the college. Wi-Fi is there but require special permission and can only be used for project-related activities during final year with slow speed. The students cannot bunk class have to sit at every boring lecture.

The curriculum and course syllabus is structured by the university. We are under APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University. The exams will be pen and paper type. For each semester there will be two internal evaluation by college and final exam conducted by university. The course will for Four years and contain 8 semesters.

The placement opportunists are good. Most of the IT companies come for placement each year. College students can go out in industries for placement. The college also provide internships for 7 to 10 days during vacations. During my year companies like Infosys, Tata elxi, L&T, Federal Bank came for placement.For internship there wont be stipend we have to pay for them.

Crossroads, Baselian Fest, Baselian Trophy, Athletic Meet, SHRIEEEK, Onam Celebration, Teachers Day Celebration. Hackathons and workshops conducted by societies such as IEEE, IET, ASME, Conferences and Paper Presentations.

For students securing good marks in Kerala Entrance /12th can have fees relaxation (50%). From second year onward students securing 80% above in academics can avail 50% fees relaxation. Also, candidates can apply for Government scholarship schemes if they are eligible.

Sports events- Chess, Badminton, Tennis, Basketball, Cricket and Football. Club activities - Nature club , literary club, film club etc. Lab Facilities including 3D printing, PCB milling machine, Drone workshops, Training in micro controllers like Arduino , Raspberry Pi etc.

Yeah they are helpful. College use to have a alumni group called MBCETTA. They use to conduct get together and visit college in occasions. College use to conduct a meetup for alumni after 3rd year of graduation.

I took a management seat. The selection procedure was based on 12th mark and Kerala Entrance rank. There was an interview by principle during admission. For taking a management seat we have to fill the application form and post it to college all the detaisl and notification will be provided on their website.

The faculties are well qualified with minimum experience as M. Tech. most of the faculties have a PhD and have good experience in teaching and related industrial fields. The college has well-planned teaching timetable for completing the syllabus and make students prepare for exams well.
