Remarks
College promotes learning but not skillful learning. The college environment is very bad in campus and also outside college due to involvement of local residents in every matter,either it is a protest against college, sports meet, tech fest or any other program.
Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum needs to be more diverse and focused on all round development rather than focusing on marks. The college environment promotes marks rather than innovation in most of the core branches, but the IT, Cse and Ece stream provide certain platforms to make students familiar with working industry.
Placement Experience
Placement records of Civil Engineering Department is very bad but IT companies and marketing company visits TECNHO GROUP frequently. Internship are mostly cracked by students having personal contacts and college do not have any role in it. Stipend is generally not provided.

Fee Structure And Facilities
Feasible, not very expensive the college fees includes library charges, sports fees and other value added training organized in each sem. The fees does not include exam fees of each SEM or any other miscellaneous charges.
Fees and Financial Aid
West Bengal residents having TFW certificate are given scholarship and also their fees is very less. Rest no scholarship is provided. Education loan is provided by different banks and also the PNB bank located in college premises.
Campus Life
Extracurricular activities are very less but labs are good and are provided with good equipment. Annual sports meet is organised but are not very entertaining due to often involment of local residents who create a lot of problems for college students and often indulge in fight with them.
Hostel Facilities
No hostel facility is available. The students reside in nearby available pg's or mess and also fooding is managed by themselves. This makes the college life not so good and often students are sick due to bad environment or surrounding.
Alumni/Alumna
CSE, IT and ECE department have strong alumni network and ther are very helpful. Civil and Mechanical stream are new and also not much entertaining to establish Alumni network. BME , ELECTRICAL and AEIE stream also do not have good contacts with alumni.
Admission
West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination organised by Wbjeeb. After examination, a common merit rank list if provided according to who counseling on the basis of rank obtained and choice filling of college and stream as per interest. The college is allocated as per availability of seats and merit rank in 5 different rounds and the candidates are given option to either freeze the alloted college or opt for upgrade. As per candidates wish, counseling fees and admission fees is submitted.
Faculty
Most of the facilities are lost graduate from JADAVPUR UNIVERSITY who promote learning but not skills. They talk about marks but not innovation. Yes they are very cooperative and helpful but not satisfactory.
