Its one of the best colleges in india. Also the no. 1 government college in kerala. Faculties are very good performing. But college cant use the lab facilities for students because of new university scheme
Course Curriculum Overview
We have 8 semesters. Each semester we have 8 subject and we need 40out of 100 to pass the each semester exam. Also we need a 22.5 internal mark out of 50 in each semester. We got that marks through assignments and series exams.
Placement Experience
Placements are mainly for IT feilds.other core companies are not coming properly. only rare offers for mechanical and civil engineers.in the first slab placement only 2 core compnies are comes for the mechanical and civil.
College Events
Mainly we have two events technical fest and cultural fest. These are national level evenets. Drishti is the technical event. And dhwani is the cultural fest. Also there are many events names sargam , and disha.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Cet is the first Government college in kerala. The fee strucure is feasible and the backword cast have no fees and also there are many scholarship scheme for backward students. There are no any issues related to fee.
Fees and Financial Aid
Good scholarship scheme. Many backword students use that sholarship scheme and. They have no any issues related to money. Also students get loan from banks with cheap intrest. Totally scholarship schemes are good from government sector.
Campus Life
Labs have good. But college do not use these facilities for students. No semester lab exams for students. Its is not the college issue. It is new university scheme. If the scheme is changed there are many good lab system for students
Hostel Facilities
Hostel infrastructure is good. And about 400 students alloted to the college mens hostel.and all ladies are alloted to the ladies hostel. Total strength of college is about 4000. Many students are using out side private hostels.
Alumni/Alumna
Aluminis are doing their best. They comes with their own company and many of our students placed in their companies. Also they helps in our college events financially. Also they doing many charity activities. And they funding for the adavanced lab facilities and infrastruture activites.
Admission
I m lateral entry student. I joined this college after my diploma cource. After diploma i got rank in lateral Entry exam. After completed diploma we can join directly in btech second year. So i got seat in cet after lateral entry exam.
Faculty
Good faculties. Teaching skills are really nice anu. we can catch them easily. But i think they not completely utilizing the facilities in the college. Also college have many facilities in labs. But it is do not using.
