Remarks
The climate here is excellent and the place is more close to nature as it's full of trees and tea plantations. The place is a famous hill station and is covered in dew most of the time. The weather is cold here.
Course Curriculum Overview
Oru curriculum is very vast and tough. including the credit system of the University. Many students have stopped /changed university just because of the credit system. This is a major threat of the curriculum.
Placement Experience
We have special training and placement classes in the begining which is excellent as it improves our aptitude and general knowledge. We also have industrial visit and add-on courses to attend in.
College Events
We have mainly two fests.One is cultural and the other one is technical. Both are celebrated by the college in February or March. Cultural by third years and technical by the fourth years. These two coordinate the fests.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Both feasible and expensive as for both rich and the middle class family they hire same fees. Fees must be reduced for the middle class one's. Fees must be made feasible for the poor too as they too must afford an admission.
Fees and Financial Aid
The college offers a scholarship exam which can be written by anyone. The top rank holders would be given a concession in their college fees accordingly. So the bright students will be given less fees.
Campus Life
They are good and accessible by everyone. Labs are good to be used but can be improved more as they have older version of computers and softwares. They need to be updated and taken care off. All others are good.
Alumni/Alumna
There are alumini meetings arranged by various departments or authorized authorities. The seniors have chanve to meet their old juniors. Many seniors come to this session but many often can't come.
Admission
Through KEAM entrance. I opted for this college and got admission. I was called in the second allotment and then joined this college. Hoping for admissions in other colleges i also opted for many other colleges.
Faculty
Faculties are good. If you score well the faculties are good else.We have caring faculties.more than two hundred and fifty faculties work under this institution for us. The teachers are good and loving.
