Highly meritorious students are awarded with various scholarships. If a student excels in one semester ie scores a SGPA above 8 he or she shall pay only a fee of 8500 for the coming years. The scholarships should be maintained by the students. This scheme is not available in all colleges.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course is strictly based on the guidelines prescribed by APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University. Three internal exams are conducted and one semester exam at the end of the semester and lab exams are also conducted at the end.
Placement Experience
The placement cell of Muthoot institute is very active. Students are placed invarious MNCs like TCs, IBM etc. The college offers training aptitude, group discussion, interviews etc. For tye students to perform well.
College Events
Almost all important days are observed especially by the National Service Scheme. The main events celebrated are Arts day, sports day, Tech fest, onam, ethnic day. They help students to relax and helps students to develop their talents.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure is feasible, tye college offers various scholarships for the highly meritorious students. The fee structure is similar to all other engineering colleges kerala. The fee structure varies from 8500 to 7500.

Campus Life
The college is open to all sorts ofvextra curricular activities like Sports, Arts, Music, Dance etc. The laboratory facilities are very good and is available to a student at almost all time. The lab equipment are well functioning.
Alumni/Alumna
The alumini and seniors are very helpful. They help us with all the projects studies, study material etc. Placement informations are also shared by them. The keep a good contact with everyone and are really helpful.
Admission
Admission is done either through the KEAM exam (for government quota seats) or Entrance exam of muthoot( for management seats). The rank and higher secondary marks are the criteria. I got admission with my KEAM rank.
Faculty
Faculties of Muthoot Institute of technology and science are very supportive. Most of the faculties are highly qualified. They encourage out of box thinking. Classes are good and preplanned and prepared.
