Remarks

Personally, I am very happy with my college and college management.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

The course curriculum is up to date and also research-driven, relevant and fair. I do believe so that the curriculum was groomed to provide industry-specific knowledge to us students that'd be helpful in securing on-campus placements. Industrial visits are organized for 3rd-year students every year.

Placement Experience

4.5

Plenty of placement drives are held every year in our college. Generally, the companies would conduct an aptitude test, a Group discussion and then the interview.

College Events

4.5

A lot of cultural fests happen in our college every year with participation from students of every year and every branch thereby giving them a platform to showcase their talents. It is a celebration of talent and acts as a good platform for students to grow as individuals.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure, in my opinion, is just as our college keeps organizing various activities and workshops and guest lectures and industrial visits that help the students become better professionals and to prepare them for the industry life that awaits them.

Fees and Financial Aid

I have not opted for any scholarship opportunity neither does my college provide any scholarship that I know of.

Campus Life

4.5

The campus life is very good. The campus is clean and the people are friendly. The gender ratio is healthy too. I cannot give an exact number but if I see just as many girls as I see boys. Also, the college keeps organizing various extracurricular activities from time to time.

Alumni/Alumna

Our college has a widespread alumni network and they often visit the college for interaction with the current students.

Admission

I opted for B.E. (E&C) as I have always had an interest in this field. I chose this institution as I had heard good things about it and now that I've been here for 4 years, I can confirm everything is true. As far as the admission process goes, one first has to appear for the counseling and then the college is assigned.

Faculty

5

The college faculty is very helpful and friendly as well. As of now there are 12 lecturers in my course and all are very young with an average age of about 26 and everyone is at least a Masters degree holder. Every teacher is very apt in their own field.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course is quiet relevant it covers all the important subjects and topics.I chose the Ece branch as the demand of semiconductors is rising in the future. The curriculum perpares us well for real world applications. The course teaches us a lot of outdated concepts but it misses out to teach about what is happening in the world right now. So the course can involve a lot of topics that are in trend.

Placement Experience:

Placemets start right from your 7th semester. Most comapnies that would come here would be like vedanta , ashok leyland etc etc who mainly do mass hiring, th no of offers are quite low as for durig my time most companies qul do diversity and hiring would only select girls and the girls were low in numbers as compared to the boys so each girl recieved atleast 2-3 offers while rarely a boy would even rev=cieve a single offer. The highest package was offered by Vedanta but it was 13 lpa in ct in hand it would be arond 5-6 lpa , the average package was also the same around 5-6 lakhs per annum. Percentage of students placed would be around 30 percent but they inflated the numbers heavily but showing only the students who were eleigible as boys were mostle ineligible. My plans are to look for masters somewhere abroad.
