Our department needs to build up more. There should be more number of faculties. As well as more placement opportunity is required. Every faculty should have integrity with the students. Moreover the gesture of the whole college matters at the end of the day.
Course Curriculum Overview
Course is kind of better bad. MAKAUT provides the syllabus well enough bit sometimes in certain topics a person need to study the root of it to know the whole of it. One can not just skip the beginning and jump to the climax then the whole money will go in vain after such disorders.
College Events
Such a lot of them. Anakhronos. Cultural event. Edge. Technical event. Samaritans. Social event. Electica. Literary event. Civilution. Fest of Civil department. Elevation. Bridge designing event. Fresher. New comers event.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Medium on an expensive scale. This was when I got admitted but year by year the rates increased. As if it is some contest going on to deliver on the higher prize money by sandwiching the education and comprising on both facilities and placements.
Fees and Financial Aid
No facilities as such. On the fee can be waived through the WBJEE or the JEE Mains exam. Loan is just another sarcastic word one can use to built up a strong fascination over money culprits in the college management.
Campus Life
Lab is one of the worst places. It is too pathetic to even perform there. Lack of equipments and maintenance as well. Sports is very fine. To be honest it is way too extrovert in competing to other private colleges.
Hostel Facilities
No hostel services is provided. The college has got huge investors and big management people circulating and financially assisting the college rather the group but when you come down to any kind of facilities is better to keep shut.
Alumni/Alumna
Zero help from them. Actually am thinking of opening a alumni of my department. Like it is very necessary. Connections helps a person a lot to improve in his/her career and character. Sometimes the loop holes can be adjusted as well.
Admission
WBJEE rank as well as JEE Mains rank. Certainly both were not required. Got admitted through the WBJEE rank. Was called upon for counselling and the was to opt for the stream. Ultimately paying the money and do the formalities. Atlast getting admitted for a better future.
Faculty
Only 1 or 2 faculties at truly good in each and every aspect of being a teacher. Others the just the devil of teaching. No regularity in classes, timings as well as in other tasks. Especially the HOD needs to be more responsible. All the teachers have their own ego. They play these cards around and the students suffer the trauma effects.
