Course Curriculum Overview
They are following KTU syllabus. All the deadlines are as per KERALA TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY. There are special events to promote innovation only if you are interested. There is also a technical fest organised once in two years.
Placement Experience
There are many campus recruitments, mostly all are IT companies. I was placed in Infosys. We can also take part in pool placements. In my batch almost 200 got placements. But other core companies are very less.
College Events
There are many events organised to nourish the artistic and technical skills of students. Onam is celebrated in greater way. Vipachika is the art fest is an opportunity to showcase your talents. PPTIA is an opportunity to present your technical skill and even you can find fund raisers for your startup.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Different type of admissions have different fees structure. I was admitted admitted under state merit. I was required to pay 85000 INR per year, 10000 INR in the initial year as caution deposit plus the exam fees
Fees and Financial Aid
Loan can be availed from bank upon the letter from College at a very low interest rate. There are many scholarship available. These are mainly provided by state and central government. Economically weaker student can avail this.
Campus Life
Politics is very less in the campus. However there will be student association for common issues. Union day is celebrated grandly. There will be many workshops especially based on technology and innovation.
Alumni/Alumna
I am not having much idea about aluminium. But I know that there is an association where we can met and exchange our experience. There are many senior students who are well placed in multinational companies.
Admission
Through KEAM, then they call for direct interview. Pay the fees and confirm the seat. Every details are available through newspaper. Caution deposit and other fees also has to be paid. I don't know much about management and NRI Seats.
Faculty
Most of the faculty are knowledgeable and willing to help. The College has decent labs. The lab staffs are very helpful and friendly. You can approach the teachers at any time. Canteen staff is also one of the best. Overall I have very good opinion.
