Remarks

Our college bulids a good social being than a normal engineer. The management make sure that the students have social commitments. There is not many trees in the college campus which is a negative side but the canteen and hostel are very good.

Course Curriculum Overview

The KTU university have provided a good curriculum our college is trying best to met the vision and mission. We have two series exam from which the internal mark is obtained and there will be a model exam. After that those who have sufficient internal mark can attend university exam.

Yes our college provides internships,industrial visits and there is many placement options. Our college is accredited with both NAAC and NBA so top companies across india is providing placement for the students

College Events

We have celebrated MECAF the atrs festival of our college, MECASAM annual sports meet. MEHAR community marriage conducted by final year students with the help of staffs, management and natives. Other than this we celebrated holi, Halloween, deewali,teachers day.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Te fee is feasible, it ranges from 35000 upto a lakh. Those who have good grades in exam get low fees and they will avail scholarship. Those who have interest but not good grades can avail management or NRI seat.

Campus Life

Our college have arts festival named MECAF every year and an annual sports meet named MECASM.More than this our college conducted MECHANIUM a tech fest by mechanical students. And our college provides a messege by conducting community marriage named MEHAR.

Alumni/Alumna

Yes the alumni have been there for the college in every aspect, they have contributed very much to the college. Recently a previous batch donated emergency ambulance for the college for medical emergency.

Admission

First you need to obtain good mark in 12th standard and apply for keam exam. And you need to score a good grade in keam enterance exam and need to apply for the college online. After that you can visit the college

Faculty

Our college always provided us with good teaching and non teaching staffs. We have two class tutors who is like our parents. They provide sufficient study material and help us to find our intrested field of study and other extra curricular activities.

we are eligible for placement from the 7th sem. Many famous and small compines vist our college. Infosys, WIPRO, TCS vist our college. But the big companies take only few student. Highest package was 1,00,000. And the average package is around 4,00,000. Almost all students gets placed from the campus .

My Experience at NIT Calicut

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would rate the EEE course curriculum around 8-8.5 /10 in terms of relevance.The curriculum provides strong fundamentals in core electrical engineering subjects and prepares students well for core jobs and higher studies.The course curriculum was revised in 2023, and our batch is the 1st batch under the new curriculum. however, there are still limited coding ,AI and data science subjects in EEE ,which could be improved. Exams are conducted times per semester and are generally moderately difficult.

MEA engineering college review

I choose this college because it near by my house and I always wanted go there . I applied for mea engineering college and computer science and I got the same college but different stream that is IT. Which is also good. They rejected because first I got a college in Kollam and rejected because it too far. And next allotment I got my second priority college. The admissions process actually nice. Not tireding first I apply for management seat then I got merit Quota.
