MPSTME is a very good college in mumbai

As of now, I’m satisfied with my college there is no complaint it’s a very good college intact one of the best engineering colleges in India also it gets a tag if NMIMS university so that’s a plus point and it has a good reputation.

The course structure is very good it focuses on research as well as practical development skills there are labs sessions and lectures every week with not so hectic timings but yet completing the course in time. Which is useful for us and gives us time to learn it all.

There’s a placement cell in our college it helps students come forward and teach them the whole process of this if they wish to join place com committee rest if not then they help us normal students to sit for jobs or interviews for many companies. And they look after us and for now, as such, there are no internships.

There are several events going on throughout the year from technical to festive night they’re all super amazing and college also funds them there are various concert activities and all which is awesome many celebrities come to college for promotion and all overall it’s a good experience it ranges from 2-3 days each festival. There are around 6-7 every year.

Currently, the fee structure of the college is around 3L per annul for normal BTECH but for coming batches it has crossed around 4/4.5L per annum it’s too much, and if you want a hostel is separate 3L and that too without food included.

As of now I don’t think there’s any such donation or scholarship in college but yes they do have loans and they can help you out during the time of admission. The loan is easier to get and apart from that, there are few other charges which are necessary for students.

The gender ratio is like maybe 4-10 there are no form parties there are workshops held every month and cultural societies are there different committees are there they organize events and there are people from many states.

The hostel is 3 lacs per annum without food and ac if you want those 2 then consider it crossing 4 lacs else there are no pgs but renting out flats is cheaper than hostels it goes around 10-15k per month so that’s beneficial.

The Alumni network of the college is pretty strong, if there’s one thing to say about MPSTME it’s that you’ll make new connections like no other college you’ll know people from small to very high scale people.

Students had to give an NPAT aptitude exam and submit 10/12 mark sheets along with it, then there was an interview round with the HOD based on rank or result of the exam to help select the branch/stream student wants to opt.

Yes, the college faculty are highly qualified. They teach us very well. Help us in guiding and for the subjects and their exams also the teachers or faculties are from various fields so there is a lot of teachings going on and we can even take any faculty as our mentor.
