Remarks

Name of college is only the negative. Faculties are well educated and good classes are conducted for students. The notes given by the faculties are adopted in some of the other colleges. so teaching is best

Course structure is affordable.the exams and labs make a student more knwoledge.There are internal test 1&2.For students fail in internal test 1&2 it 3 conducted.Then model exam before university exam

Placement are less when compared to other colleges.most companies coming are it companies.in previous year only few mechanical related companies come.so i expect more companies will came in future and make a good placement structure.

Arts, sports, techfest, oneday workshop.Etc.Holly day is celebratde by all the students.Birthday of students celebrated.Arts celebrated grandly with bug stage ans seating facility.students reach with dress codes.

Fee structure is affordable.The fee us most affordable for poor families.so i joined in tjis college.The total fee for one year will be less when compared to other nearest private engineering colleges.

Gendef ratios are around 50:50.One day workshops are conducted.Sports are good.We devide the entire students to 4 houses and name the houses in each year with different names and sports conducted with all students participation

Somany students got well gob with good sallary.I have lots of experience regarding to the interaction with seniors.Somany people got good jobs after thier btech life only some has still few arrears and so no jobs.

Admission

I got admission based on my entrance exmaination rank and my 10th and 12 th marklist.An interview is carried to me.and i visited the college and seen all the labs.The fees is also affordable to me.

Faculty

Faculties are well educated and teches well.All faculties have good communication skill and good teaching skill.they are well prepared to teach every student.the make good classes for students to increse the knowledge

Placement Experience:

we are eligible for placement from the 7th sem. Many famous and small compines vist our college. Infosys, WIPRO, TCS vist our college. But the big companies take only few student. Highest package was 1,00,000. And the average package is around 4,00,000. Almost all students gets placed from the campus .

My Experience at NIT Calicut

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would rate the EEE course curriculum around 8-8.5 /10 in terms of relevance.The curriculum provides strong fundamentals in core electrical engineering subjects and prepares students well for core jobs and higher studies.The course curriculum was revised in 2023, and our batch is the 1st batch under the new curriculum. however, there are still limited coding ,AI and data science subjects in EEE ,which could be improved. Exams are conducted times per semester and are generally moderately difficult.
