Remarks
Our college has given me very good experience. And there is no negative remarks that I have got to say. Only positive energy is that I get from my teachers, faculties and management etc. Iam very proud to be a student of christ college of engineering.
Course Curriculum Overview
No engineering field is a very interesting field.I like it.That's why I joined for mechanical engineering.I like machines and it's working.I have a great curiosity how they worked.So that I had opted for mechanical engineering in my college.Exam are standard ones.Labs are all good.Not much difficult till now.Iam a second year that's why.But every professional courses are difficult.So we must keep that in mind.
Placement Experience
Now I am only second year but I know about our seniors who have been placed to different companies because of the placement and job opportunities provided by our college.Our college has a placement team who continuously give placement classes and other courses to get jobs.I had also attended some of them.New companies are also coming for recruitment.
College Events
Our college conducts many events like Tech fest, Art fest, Sports,cultural fests and other management programs.The programs were all conducted by great standard.Not only student programs but also management programs are conducted by us and our teachers.We take decisions, we implement it.That much freedom is given to us by our college.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fee structure is feasible as by government approved.I got admission by merit and also had scholarship.so I need to pay an amount of 38,000 and special fees of 10,000 for one semester and I also stay in hostel for an amount of 4,500 per month.It is little expensive for me but Iam OK with it.
Fees and Financial Aid
Yes there are scholarships given by the college.For getting more than 90%marks in 12th for maths, physics and chemistry they give a reduction in fees and other scholarships for minority casts like obc, ST etc.
Campus Life
Yes there are many extra curricular activities took place in our college.Tech fest contains many work to attend and gives us good experience.But also cultural activities took place as Art fest. Sports also is there.All give me a very good time and experience with my friends.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel is not that much good.Because 8—12 members share a room and is very congested.We have a good study room and good food.Hostel fees is about 4,500 per month.It is a moderate amount when considering the amount of paying guest rooms.Hostel has a warden for looking after us.
Alumni/Alumna
Our first alumni batch has passed frequently.Even though when they were in college our seniors were very helpful in all college and individual activities.Our alumni group has promised us they will always be there for us any time.We believe that and we love our seniors very much.
Admission
I got admission in my college by KEAM entrance marks in merit. First I had written KEAM entrance exam.Then I got my result.I had opted for many college as my priority and I got this college in merit list.
Faculty
All the faculties are very good in teaching, caring and problem solving.All are very much committed in their teaching.They frequently enquire about our progress in studies.Give us needed test papers.They are also very caring.All are having a good graduations like IIT, NIT, PHDs etc.N
