Highlighted for placements but strict in attendance.

PCCOE is highlighted now a days only because of placements. It is one if the positive remark. Academics is also good. Preparation Leave given by college is also of good duration. Faculties give information about current trends which shows that college updates the information about technology. Talking about negative remark, college campus & infrastructure is small. Canteen is limited menu canteen. Attendance is strictly followed in college. Extra lectures are taken in order to cover the whole syllabus. However all the syllabus is covered at last without omitting any part of syllabus. College playground is not given for utilization to students sometimes.

Course curriculum is very interesting if you are interesting in course.The best part about Entc is you get a chance to learn both hardware & software.There are lots of circuit diagrams of various electronic devices.These circuit diagrams are just various applications of electronic devices such as ICs. There are many block diagrams such as transmitter & receiver in communication part of curriculum. Curriculum also contains some computer engineering part such as various computer languages & logics. Your logic ability & coding skills should be clear to better know the course.

PCCOE is well known for placements.Placement rate in PCCOE have been increased to almost 80% this year.Within just 4 months 640 students from all branches of PCET have been offered the job of minimum package of 3.5 LPA.This year various companies such as KPIT have recruited 60+ students.Capgemini has recruited 187 students with the package of 3.8 LPA & 20 students with package of 6.8 LPA.Accenture has recruited 50+ students.Other companies such as Persistent, Quantifier have offered package of 9.5 LPA.Almost 45% students of ENTC have placed in core companies

There are various technical & non technical events are carried out in college.These events are open to all branches & other college students.There are hardware I.e circuit designing events, robotic events as well as coding events for computer & ENTC students.Every year there is an international conference named as ICCUBEA held at PCCOE where contents based on current technologies are delivered to students.Very huge amount if students from PCCOE & other colleges are participated in this conference. There is a KPIT sparkle in which students presents there ideas & models for current problems in country. There is a annual festival named as SWARTARANG.It contains various activities such as gathering.Gaming & food stalls are also held by students this day.

Fee structure depend on category of student.For OPEN category it is 1,29041 For OBC/EBC/SEBC/EWS it is 73,584 For SC students it is 4,041 For SBC, NT, ST students it is 18,127 For TFWS students it is 18,127 For CIWGC students it is 129,541 For NRI students it is 254,541 For J & K students it is 28,541

Government scholarship is offered by college for category students.Earn & learn facility is provided by college which give chance to needy students to earn by doing small works at college.College gives information about other private scholarships.

However PCCOE is on the way of autonomy so it has been included the system through which students can directly download the study material provided by faculties from the website using college's Wi-Fi. Talking about gender ratio, it is almost 3:5 for girls:boys.There are various student dorms are allocated as sport committee, management committee, social committee & tnp committee. There are various workshops are conducted by college such as PCB designing, coding workshops for different languages, 3D printing workshops. Laboratories are well furnitured & provided with faultless experimental kits.

Alumni network is very supportive.They take workshops on hardware & also software.Workshops such as PCB designing & coding workshops are organized by alumni. Seniors guide us about mini project in TE.Alumni take our mock interview, group discussion rounds as well as mock aptitude tests. They also take a crash course of 2 months for placements in which all the concepts which are needed for placements are taught.Fes for such courses is also less & affordable.

I got admission through MAH-CET exam.Firstly, I applied for engineering at nearby CAP center. There are 3 CAP rounds through which we can take admission.I filled the engineering form in which I filled the names of various engineering colleges in Maharashtra.I allotted the seat in PCCOE in 1st CAP round.If one is not satisfied with allotted college, he/she can applied for 2nd CAP round by choosing Float option.Further one can apply for 3rd CAP round.While 4th CAP round is for government colleges only. After I confirmed to take admission in PCCOE, I have to go to PCCOE.I gave one aptitude exam & filled the allotment form there.Aptitude exam is only for evaluation of students.

Faculties in PCCOE are well qualified however if I have to rate them out of 5, I will rate as 3.5. Most of the faculties in college have completed their PhDs or either Persuing their PhDs. They ensure quality education along with practical knowledge.Facilities also guide about current educational as well as industrial trends.Faculties regularly upload the necessary study material on the website through which students can download them easily using college Wi-Fi. Study material given by them is very useful during theory exams.However faculties are strict about attendance of students in regular class as well as in laboratory.
