Remarks

We have excellent infrastructure and have sports like Badminton, Squash, Table Tennis, Football, Basketball and Volleyball. We have musical instruments and Gym, gender ratio is 230 males to 10 females.

Course Curriculum Overview

College has a good Course Curriculum which is set by IMU and monitored by DG Shipping and exam structure is defined and favours students as the questions asked are focused on skills rather than just mugging up.

Placement Experience

Placement at Tolani Maritime Institute, Induri, Talegaon start right from the second year itself, where top Japanese, European, American and Danish compines come for cadetship program. After 3 year course we go on ship.

Maritime Courses are expensive and for BSc Nautical Science it is ?15,00,000 for BTech Marine Engineering it is ?18,00,000 and for Diploma in Nautical Science it is ?7,00,000 so this is an expensive course.

We have to clear IMUCET and then we have to go on Clearing TMISAT and then Crack the Interview and finally wait for the merit list. This course has better scope than any other course and it fulfills the demand of Maritime Studies.

I chose Biotechnology because it is a multidisciplinary field. We get to study not only topics related to biotechnology but also biochemistry, bio physics, bio informatics, bio statistics, etc. Mostly everything that is essential for future exams is taught during the span of 3 years. The topics of the units are taught in depth but the questions asked during exams are comparatively easy as to what all we studied. The frequency of the exam is, 1 internal exam which consists of both mcqs and written exam, the semester exam for each semester and practical exams for each subject. If u have studied then you will be able to attempt the questions.

The Campus Story : the lands of horror.

Placement Experience:

My college gives campus placement placement opportunities typically after 4th semester, which is the 2nd half of the 2nd year. As my college has a partnership with IBM so the standards of campus placement go right up as the placement depends on the curriculum performance of the student so can't really say much for this. If saying as a stalemate, getting a placement is basically confirmed if the student maintains his/her CGPA of 6-7, which shows the consistent of the student in their field.

TMI the best college

I just applied for this college and I guess its much more better than other colleges due to high placement rate better campus environment and reviews from other ex students.
