Universal Business school is the first green B- school in India and we really enjoy studying in the lap of nature.

This college has an experiential learning process. They have a curriculum that gives you domain knowledge about the subjects and you can choose your area of specialisation on the basis of your interest. They follow the trimester system for Examination. Many industrial visits will be organized by the college. we were taken to Bisleri and JNPT and got the opportunity to interact with them.

There are many big companies that come to campus for placement and for internship. The process for placement depends from company to company but the general process include group discussion and personal interview. The college takes the guarantee of 100% placement but there are certain students who go for their own business. Yes, college prepare there students for the placement and even for the internship season. There are special skill development classes that is conducted for students from the first year itself.

There are different clubs in our college. One of the best club is ELC. It conducts many good events and one of the biggest events that is conducted by ELC is Midnight Sunrise where Many people from corporate come to college and students get chance to interact with them on a mug of Beer. It is known as the networking event. ELC is part of Ex-Co-Learn Pvt. Ltd. which is the first student-owned company.

Our course fee is 10.98 lakhs. Our hostel contains two types of rooms, that is single occupancy and double occupancy. The hostel fee for single occupancy is 1,78,000 and for double it is 2,38,000. Yes, it is a bit expensive but one can get loans from different banks.

Yes, the college provides a scholarship for women. They provide scholarship of RS 25000 for the female students joining. There are many students who applied for loans, the college has tie-up with various banks so one can easily get loan from these banks.

We have really good college life here. There are 60:40 ratio for the men: women. There are students from different states. In my batch, we have students from 19 different states. College conducts regular workshops and guest lectures from famous industrialist which help you to know what actually is going in the industry.

The hostel facilities are really good. The safety of the female students is taken care of as there are guards who are on duty 24 *7. Apart from them, the warden mam is really sweet. She will always understand your problem and even in case of medical cases, she will be the one to take you to the doctor. The separate kitchen is there for each floor and there is a common lobby area on each floor.

The seniors are very helpful and they will guide you about the assignments or any other area where you need help.

I opted for this course as I will be getting two degrees. One is an MBA from Cardiff Metropolitan Univesity which is valid in many countries and the other degree is PGDM. Apart from getting dual specialisation, I will be getting a dual degree which is not provided by many universities. After giving entrance exams that are accepted by this college, you will apply through college website and then you will be contacted by the counselor or UBS. They will help through the admission.

The faculty are very experienced. Many of the faculty have ten years of corporate and ten years of academic experience. Every faculty over here are easily assessable as they are always ready to clear your doubts and show you the way. There are faculties available for every area of specialisation and they are always available.
