Placements can be better with introduction of more mass recruiting companies. College administration should talk with the students regularly and should give them permissions for different events to be organized in college more regularly.

The course curriculum is normal as per AICTE but it's not that hectic. One can easily take out time for extracurriculars and other passions. But from personal point of view I think the course curriculum should be designed according to the latest technology trends in markets which lacks a bit.

The placement opportunities are excellent. Many leading IT companies visit our campus during the campus drives along with core companies, some sales companies and also many startups. There is a problem of mass recruitment though.

We have technical fest namely Dakssh and cultural fest namely Eclecia which is eventually East India's one of the biggest fest. Eclecia experiences a footfall of around 30000 people on the day of the final performance of the main artist.

Our college does have scholarship for TFW students and does consider the situation of needy students. Loans can be arranged by college if asked by student and that is done at a very low rate of interest.

Speaking of gender ratio we have almost equal number of boys and girls in each and every department other than Mechanical and Civil. We have women football and basketball teams along with their Male counterparts. We have 3 grounds in our college where you can play and practice even if you are not part of the college team. We have a student's council and all the clubs of extracurricular activities fall under the council which organize events of different genres. Though we have a student's council it's an apolitical one.

Alumni network of our college is growing day by day,year after year. We are quite young compared to other colleges as our college was founded in 2001. Alumnis are helpful. Alumni meets are getting organized every year to make the present students interact with their successful seniors.

I got my admission on the basis of my rank in WBJEE. Heritage offers great placements to students along with great infrastructure of both curricular and extracurricular activities. That's why Heritage was my right choice.

Almost all faculties are great. Most of them would go to any extent to help students in any kind of problems. But many professors are not aware of latest technology trends and they end up criticizing the students only but this helps to build a healthy relationship.
