Its the best pvt. Engineering college in Kolkata.

Overall the college has a positive impression on me. The staff is helpful. Teachers are good and helpful. Seniors are also well behaved. The fees and fest and other activities is great too. So I think I can recommend this college.

I think the course curriculum isnt very hectic or chilled either. They have scheduled weekly labs and internals and semesters. Its an autonomous college. Which means it has its own syllabus. The exam structure has two internal exams and vivas. One practical and one semester exam.

The placement for CSE here is 100%. The rest as we know it, due to it being in a C grade college list. mostly IT companies and mass recuriters will come here with an approx 3. 5 LPA package. But it does provide you a job after 4 years if your sincere and have worked on yourself. There are also big packages(10LPA+) for the real hardworkers.

The clubs and events are great at this college. Its fest Eclesia is one of the biggest in kolkata. Your surely gonna enjoy it if you come here. The seniors are also very friendly. We also have many seminars with big names in them.

Fee structure is feasible. It is approx. 4. 5 lakhs for 4 years. Every semester its like 45 thousand. Which is on par with all engineering colleges. The admission is 60 thousand when u enter. I think its a fair price in kolkata for your b tech grad degree.

I personally haven't availed any good scholarships or loans. But any bank can offer student loans on the name of this college. Many of my friends have availed it. Scholarships are also similarly Available.

The labs are great and about 20 types of labs are available for all streams with good teachers and assistants. The Gender ratio is decent but Obviously depends upon stream. But the campus id very friendly and safe. Freshers and parties do happen on ocassions. It is a very secular campus. With not even politics being allowed. Many extra curricular activities take place here and you can surely apply for them.

I have not opted for a hostel but the hostel facility is rated decently by my hostel friends. Approx 8000 is the fooding and lodging fees per month. Which is quite decent. The fooding isnt that good so be sure to order from outside sometimes to get your mood up. On Campus hostel is only available for girls. For boys and girls aswell outside nearby hostels are available.

The alumni is good and senior students are very helpful. Since my first day they were my guide and provided me with notes and everything. If your good to them,they will treat you like brothers. They also fight for whats right.

I love computer science and I wanted to stay in kolkata. This was my prime choice as it is the best pvt. college in kolkata. I was admitted by my cut off rank. The admission desk was very curteous. Overall it was a nice choice of my life. Generally it takes a wbjee rank of 3000-4000 to get CSE here.

The faculty is very good here. And they solve all your doubts if u approch them. They try their best to guide you. You can also meet them after class to clear anything you have doubts in. Most faculty members are well qualified to teach.
