This college was previously under Gauhati University and now it has became demeed University itself. The college is progressing at a very quick rate. I would definitely suggest students to join this institute.

The course curriculum is good and its very much suitable to the students. This college conducts exam 4times a year 2 mid terms and 2 end terms. The mid terms were held in April and September of the year and the end term in June and December

Placements and Job opportunities are not that good in this college since the city lacks airport facility so companies find it difficult to come over this place. But still this college provides its own transportation for students to go to AEC for the campus Interview

This college celebrates various events. Among them the two major events are Techcracy and Ecstasy which are the Technical and Cultural festival of the college. In Techcracy various types of technical competition is there and in Ecstasy Bollywood singers were invited

The fee structure is feasible in this college since it is run by the central government. For a middle class family its fee structure is okay. This institute also provides scholarship facility to its mertious student

I know about the scholarship provided by this institute to the meritious students per year. They provide a sum of nearly 60,000 Rupees per year to a student for which the student must fill the form at regular intervals

This college also has extracurricular activities like Astrophysics club, Inventech, Robotics club in which students can be a member. Labs are well maintained. In each lab there are Air Conditioners and the ambience is so good

Senior students are very helpful to their juniors. Alumni network of this college is also good. Many teachers have their alumni network. The youngest scientists award winner Dr Sandip Kumar Srivastava is a dean of this Institute

I got admitted into this college by giving the entrance exam conducted by the college itself. Every year this college conducts its entrance exam in different districts of the state and it takes students from all over India and other countries too.

Teachers are very much friendly to the students. They help students in each and every possible way. They give their 100% in the lectures and if still doubt remains a student can approach him/her in his cabin.
