The college is excelent if you are looking to balance between study and enjoying your college life. After completing your college life you wold have no regret that you selected this college. Only negetive remarks that i would give is about the paty issues in the college.

My batch was the first batch under the new university of Kerala technical university which is also known as the APJ Abdul kalam technical university so there was some difficulties with the university procedures and the method of conduction of exam by them. Apart from that i think they are refining and modifying the Course curriculum and making it better ofter each stages.

The college give 100 persent placement assistance. Bot the main drawback is that most of the companys coming for placements are cpmputer software oriented jobs. Me mysel being a mechanical engineering fraduate fond difficulties to get placed in a core company.

Cult a way is the cultural fest of my college which is one of the most famous technocultural fest conducted in the district of truvandrum. There are many other cultural as well as technical events conducted in the college. my college also have many organisations whicha are active such as team mechartans, smec etc.

Fee stucture for the college is fixed because the college ccomes under the category of government aided engineering colleges. The college comes under the Kerala road transport corporation. Only the fee ary in the category of management. Those seat are very limitted and it varys from year to year.

College dosent provide any loans that I know of but any private or government banks all we need to give are our cetificates of tenth and twelveth and the fee bonafied certificate which would be given from the college.

The main attraction of the college is an excelent mechanical workshop lab. It have almost all facilities required including many lathe machine, shaper machine etc. Another peculiarity of the college is 3D machine. Our college also have thermal lab, civil lab etc.

All the seniors were very helpful when I reached the college. There was no ragging or any torture when i reaches the college they were also very helpful in the matter of studies. They were kind enough to provide us with study materials and books.

I atended KEAM(kerala engg and mmedica) exam and according to the entrance rank i got admission. I Loved engineering thats why i joined the Course. from my childhood i used to love the way that thinks worked i was always too anxious to fing about the working of machineries i believe that my curiousity towards such things gave me a drive towards such a profession.

Most of the faculties are well qualified and are having exelent way of prescentation towards students. Thay hae great elping mentality and never hesitate to help any students in need they are always ready to give extra tuitions as well as revision classes during the time of exams.
