Remarks
Lack of discipline like seniors behaviour for the 1st year student is not so good and they have to face ragging for the 1st semester and the discipline of some of the students are not so good as they are involved in matters etc.
Course Curriculum Overview
Civil engineering is a very good branch for a future scope of view and exam are taken semester wise as there is 8 semester all over so in an year there is two semesters and two each semester contain 1 exam final exam.
Placement Experience
Placement are quite good as we see the company start to come from our 7th semester and company for core branch is less than software company and overall it placement records are good and it provides us internship in 6th semester
College Events
There are many events in our college. In odd semester there is annual culture meet and in even SEM there is prayukti, Riviera, rang milanti, auspicious paradigm, extravaganza. all events contains culture as well as technical events.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fee structure is not so expensive in 4 year we pay approx 4 lakhs to our college. which is quite less than others colleges as we see all the other college now takes 9-10 Lakhs. We get every facility in this fee structure.
Fees and Financial Aid
Our college doesn't provide any type of scholarship but for Bihari students there is student credit card scheme. Our college provide scholarship for the topper students and the students wo can't pay there fees.
Campus Life
Extra curricular activities are overall good and the labs are conducted well and the attendance are compulsory in lab and sports are regular event that is performed in our college. like cricket, basketball, football, table tennis and many events.
Hostel Facilities
Yes was in hostel in first year. It was quite good and speaking of the infrastructure floors was of tiles and walls were painted and bathrooms were attached and the light were 24 hours available.
Alumni/Alumna
Overall half of the seniors are supportive and they gives us tips for the exams and half of the seniors are not helpful and the seniors who are helpful they motivate us for our future and also to perform extra curricular activities.
Admission
First I cracked webjee entrance exam I got 15000 rank then I go for counseling and in first I got rcciit college branch it. but after that I had upgraded for counseling then at 2nd round I have got haldia institute of technology civil engineering branch then I had taken admission in this college.
Faculty
Very supportive and teaches us very well and always motivate us for our future. while teaching theory they are clearing all the doubts we faces and in lab they helps us to perform practical of the given topics.
