College is a very satisfying and Amazing experience. Ramanujan College Delhi is one of the best Colleges in Delhi. The Deshbandhu College (Evening) now named Ramanujan College was established in the year 1958 by the Ministry of Rehabilitation, Government of India, in memory of Late. Lala Deshbandhu Gupta, a patriot who had dedicated his life to the national freedom struggle.

My course structure is very effective and good as I'm from the mathematics department and exams are semester-wise with appreciable staff during exams. You'll get water on your desk during the exam day. Also, teachers can take internal exams.

Because my college is under development and new so there is not much placement there. Yes, different companies came there for placement. If I have to rate it on a scale of 5 I'll give 3. 5. Also, College has its own placement cell which actively looking forward to bring new opportunities.

There are various events of all types are organized from time to time. Various lecture series and conferences are being held this year. The college has many societies of dance, singing, painting, acting, social welfare, etc.

There are more than 15 courses in college with different fees structure category-wise. You can visit the official site for details. The college offers many scholarships schemes that are for 12th pass students and can be availed for any course. These scholarships recognize the merit and talent of students. Students may apply for the Scholarships at the beginning of the academic year. College offers a scholarship for the following categories.

The scholarships are being listed:- Students belonging to the economically weaker sections are eligible for fee concession. Merit cum means based scholarships are also awarded by the college to deserving students. There is a Book Bank facility in the library from where needy students can borrow textbooks for the whole academic year. Some special scholarships are also provided by the Delhi University for students belonging to SC/ ST/ BPL/ PWD categories. Merit & National Scholarships for brilliant students under Central & State Govt.

Ramanujan College focuses on extra activities as well as academics. The college has its own ground and the women's cricket team is being prepared by talented coaches and trainers. Also, it has a gym also for physical fitness.

The college has not any hostel facility but students union and the administrative department is looking forward to bring the new building and hostel accommodation. Students reside in nearby areas in PGs and rooms with affordable price.

Seniors are also very cooperative and helping nature. They always let you know about the internship opportunity and various events held outside the college. Alumni very frequently visit the college and talk with us.

I filled the entrance form of Delhi University and check the cut-off list. I find my cut-off marks in the Third cutoff and went there for admission. The admission process is very easy, you have to just verify your details and fill in the admission fees.

My opinion of the faculty is quite appreciable. Teachers are very supportive and helping nature. They never let down your confidence in any way. Most teachers are very punctual especially my department teachers.
