College management is good but too strict abou attendence. They needs our attendence minmum 90% which results in higher percentage and good result.

I have given MHCET and got 143 marks in that out of 200. It all depends on your percentile. Your percentile should be atleast 70 to get admitted in score for general category and mechanical branch for other braches and other category it is low.

I recently got placed with good package. Placement in computers, IT,EnTC is about 80-85%. Average package is 3.5. some companies do offer above 5-6 lakhs. College is really good,professors are knowledgeable and very helping. Yes they are strict incase of attendance,unit tests and submissions,internal marks. But that's what is engineering all about. Lot of extra curricular Technical,cultural and sports events are held. Now it depends on your involvement. But there is lot of scope for talent. Exposureis good and lot of opportunity.

Most ofthe college gets placed in Accenture (highest recruiter),Infosys and Patni. TechMahindra and Persistent Systems (PSPL) come next. Larsen and Toubro recruits students from the core branches like Mechanical, Civil etc. Computers,IT and E&TC have about 65-75% placements. Mechanical had around 22 students placed out of total intake of 60. A few lucky ones from Production,Civil,Biotech and Chemical manage to get placed.

Sinhgad College of Engineering (SCOE) hosts its technical fest called Excelsior sometime in February. The cultural fest,Singad Karandak is held in January. Karandak is most popular. As all sinhgad candidates gets participated and there is lot of fun and talent opportunities.

There are many scolarships and education loan provided by college obc student gets 50% discount in their fees while sc,st students there is 0 tution fee and other cost 17 thousand. Education loan are provided but interest rates are too high about 13 per cent per anum.

Hostel is good but hostel mess is not good unfortunately which comes in combo if you want to stay in hostel you have to pay for mess also. Hostel for Boys and Girls is available on campus. Students arepleased with the hostel infra theyre decent enough to

Senior students are helping they treat us like their younger brother but we also have to co ordinate with them. Aniket was one who made our college win baha and supra competetion which was very proud moment. Student a from IITs and NITs were participated in that among we won first prize from last 2 years. No complaints about seniors.

I dont rate the faculty too high. Professors are allegedly rude and cant converse much in English. Newer departments such as Civil have relatively new and hence even worse, faculty. Overall average faculty but better compared to standard of many other P
