My college is One of the best colleges in Odisha and has been awarded as the best institute in technical field in the east zone by AVP news.For this medium price range it is the best college one can ever avail.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is very much necessary and sufficient for a 21st century aspiring engineer.In each semester there are Two exams,one mid term and one end term, besides these class test, surprise test, objective test are also conducted
Placement Experience
College has it's own internship course for first and second year students,the placement rate is nearly 85%. TCS,Wipro,amazon, Infosys, black knight,mindtree are main recruiter. Besides these some small start up company also recruits from our college.
College Events
The annual technical fest is named as NOESIS, and the cultural fest is named as ZYGON which are held for continuous 3 days and nights in between February last to march first week each year,besides these small or large events happens almost each weekend like cultural nite(for residents only), consonance(annual event of music club),robotics etc.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The tuition fee is 1.35 lakh for everyone Hostel fee(rent and electricity) is 30k per annum, The canteen fee is nearly 3k per month. So total 2 lakh aprox for a hostel student and 1.35 lakh for day scholars
Fees and Financial Aid
TFW scheme-Only the top 5% students of each branch who have income below than 6 lakh and have better rank than others of the respective branch can avail this scheme,they have to pay 75k less than the tuition fee.
Campus Life
Almost no political things happen inside the college, cultural society is very much active,the labs are well equipped and the instructors are also have very good command of Their subjects,It is a ragging free college
Hostel Facilities
Hostel infrastructure is very good,rooms are nearly soundproof, toilet and bathrooms are maintained hygienic everyday,no power cuts (I can assure you),In first year two types of rooms are there,4 seated and 2 seated, the 2 seated have attached bathroom and costs 10k more than 4 seated (40k per annum)
Alumni/Alumna
All the seniors are helpful and supportive,in case anything is needed One can borrow from them,they guide us regarding which internship we should do.The alumnus were very ambitious,some of them have their own start up like biggies and lecture note.
Admission
I got admission through the JEE main rank and OJEE Counseling. You can come directly to the college for admission after your boards and all your queries can be solved by the college, otherwise you have to apply through the state wide admission process that is OJEE Counseling
Faculty
Every faculty is highly educated and a tycoon in his/her field. All have many many years of research and teaching experience.They never hesitate to solve a student's doubt.All the courses are completed within time without skipping any part.
