Course Curriculum Overview

There are two midterm and one end term examinations carried out by the institution. Their curriculum was groomed to provide industry-specific knowledge to the students. There are industrial visits organized by the college each semester for better exposure.

Placement Experience

Deloitte KPMG PWC Grand Thornton HDFC ICICI,ETC.. The college take special steps to prepare students for the placement session there are personality development classes,Group discussion,etc..

College Events

There are various events celebrated in our college like Zest Dandiya night Celebrity night Annual sports meet Annual college fest Diwali festival, etc... The college plays major participation in each and every event organized. Each and every event is organized with great enthusiasm.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The college fees structure is feasible because it provides great infrastructure, facilities like library labs,etc.. the education facilities and the hygiene is very good. The program fees for BCOM(HONS) is around 1 lakh and the modes of payment accepted are demand deposits, credit and debit cards.

Fees and Financial Aid

The college provides a scholarship for OBC'S, SC/ST PWD and other minorities. The average sum for which scholarship was provided was above 50%.

Campus Life

There is a 1:1 ratio for both boys and girls in the college. The college has societies like dance society, cultural societies, debate society, sports society, placement cell, etc.. which organizes various events in the college. There are computer labs in the college.

Alumni/Alumna

The experience with the senior was very good. As they were friendly and generous in nature. They provide me proper guidance with my studies,etc..

Admission

I opted for this course because it was my area of interest. The faculty, infrastructure made me choose this college, there is a common entrance test conducted by GGSIPU as a part of the admission procedure. The college sets rank for the admission process.

Faculty

There are around 5 to 6 lectures carried out by the faculty each day from Monday to Friday. The teaching faculty majorly postgraduate and have expertise in their subjects. The teachers give education through presentations and by providing notes to the students.

Shyam lal college not on my wishlist

Course Curriculum Overview:

Well i choose this course because I didn't got what I wanted. Many students are from arts background who got this course because they had no option. The curriculum is same as school all chapters and everything. The law section is new. About buisness and law and everything. Rest is same. Changes in curriculum is not in their hands. But if they could actually change the accounting syllabus. The timing of exams is normal 2:30 to 6:30. And internal test taken by perspective teacher are according to their time and class. They will take retest incase you didn't attended.

Underrated College- An honest opinion

Course Curriculum Overview:

I really was interested in finance and taxation from the beginning. This course aligned rightly with my interests. The curriculum is based on real world applications. Corporate accounting, financial accounting, company law, human resource management, these are very important considering change in the job market and business world. Not only real world applications but one can also go for further academic pursuit such as a master's degree and research. This makes the curriculum really diverse. Some areas of suggestions would be that in theory subjects there should be practical activities. Just like vestibular training. The time of exams is just right. After the completion of syllabus of a particular subject, we are given 10 days of preparation leave. The exams are moderate and it really tests our ability and knowledge based on our studies.

All about SRCC life, exposure, placements, faculty and my experience

Placement Experience:

For placements fifth semester student are eligible for placements. Since it is best commerce college. Companies like big 4, google, bank of America, Goldman Sachs, bcg, bain and co., Sbi, paytm, meesho and many more comes. The highest package was 36 LPA this year from meesho for senior analyst roles. Average package is 10 LPA. Most of the placements take place in consulting, marketing, auditing, finance and analyst roles. Around more than 50% of the students get placed. My plan is to take placements in consulting and finance roles after the degree from the college.

Dyal Singh College: The Good, The Bad and The Confusing

Placement Experience:

The placement of my college is good if you perform well in the process of selection, as I told earlier, the placement cell is pretty active, so you would have a good number of options. I will be naming the good companies that visited my college, they were EY, Deloitte, DE SHAW, TCS, KPMG, etc. Numerous offers were made and I would say over 80% students in my batch got placed in good companies.

Course Curriculum Overview:

In open learning management.. they provide hard copy of books tk prepare whole semester and this is a very good thing because those books are covering whole semester in some books only and there is a v good thing I found... At the end of every chapter they provide summaries and mock questions for every chapter to analyse the weakness and strength. the areas for improvements in the Course Curriculum and Teaching Methods--- they should also provide a mock test paper as per the paper model and latest questions or updated topics with to the point topics The difficulty is normal if candidate is completely prepared...

My view regarding my college

Remarks:

Academically you can choose it but if you are looking for some fancy institution with some best infrastructure and fancy canteen I won't suggest you this college. But this college has one of the very best cricket team and one of our student named Mayank dagar is leading Indian National under-19 team. So I think you understand the impact.

I hdd 90.89 percentile in my CAT 2024 and 93.18 percentile in XAT 2025. These are very good scores and make a candidate like me eligible for top B-schools. Truth about jims kalkaji

The eligibility of the course is to have 50% minimum marks in your undergraduate. The application form, fees, and any other information regarding admission are available on thier admission portal.
