Course Curriculum Overview

4

The course curriculum of this university has been very efficient as compared to other institutes. The Exam structure is that first two modules having weightage of 10 marks each and additional attendance carry 10 marks and the assignments also carries 10 marks. The last is the external exam which also consists of 60 marks so the overall marks for each subject is 100. And our ecam structure is semster wise.

Placement Experience

3.5

No, the placement and overall internship is not good at all. Because as we know the location of our university is in remote area where all the companies suffers from alot of problem. So most of the students prefer going to the offline placement. Our college provides the internahip fees but we are doing that interne at outside the campus.

College Events

3

In our college there are lot of events celebrated every year. Some of the events that are held in our university are as Engineers day event, Tech fest, Annaul day, Rang tarang.

Admission

I gave an entrance and finally I got a name in selected merit list and then going to the university campus to attend the counselling which course you have to chose. So finally I select the course on BTech ITE in which I have an interest.

Faculty

2

In our college the role of faculty members is very important. The faculty is highly educated having almost of the faculty members masters degree and some having the scholars degee and some are pursuing PHD. I think overall faculty in our college in good at all.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course is quiet relevant it covers all the important subjects and topics.I chose the Ece branch as the demand of semiconductors is rising in the future. The curriculum perpares us well for real world applications. The course teaches us a lot of outdated concepts but it misses out to teach about what is happening in the world right now. So the course can involve a lot of topics that are in trend.

Placement Experience:

Placemets start right from your 7th semester. Most comapnies that would come here would be like vedanta , ashok leyland etc etc who mainly do mass hiring, th no of offers are quite low as for durig my time most companies qul do diversity and hiring would only select girls and the girls were low in numbers as compared to the boys so each girl recieved atleast 2-3 offers while rarely a boy would even rev=cieve a single offer. The highest package was offered by Vedanta but it was 13 lpa in ct in hand it would be arond 5-6 lpa , the average package was also the same around 5-6 lakhs per annum. Percentage of students placed would be around 30 percent but they inflated the numbers heavily but showing only the students who were eleigible as boys were mostle ineligible. My plans are to look for masters somewhere abroad.
