Completely satisfied with the college when its comes to providing knowledge, faculty, infrastructure, placements and other facilities.

Course Curriculum Overview

The knowledge provided to us in this course is really good the faculty make sure that they provide us the best and its even helpful for GK as its not just about learning but its about understanding as well. Exams for each semester are divided into Internal and External exams.

Placement Experience

In the college, a placement committee is also formed which is very supportive and companies like Deloitte,E&Y, etc visit the college. So they try to make sure that one of the topmost companies visit the college.

College Events

There is an auditorium in the college in which all the events and special lectures take place. Our college also takes part in events like Zest and the main event of GGSIPU and also has star night for the college students and faculty once in a year at times.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure is feasible and the fee charged by the college is worth the money. There is a library security deposit charged by the college from which you get the books from college for each semester before getting started and return them after the semester gets over.

Fees and Financial Aid

No, I have not applied for any scholarship or education loan. But yes the college offers scholarship opportunity.

Campus Life

The college has a modernized library, air-conditioned classrooms, computer labs, and many competitions take place like gaming events, debating, treasure hunt, business plan competition, etc which helps in diversifying our thinking. Societies are also formed.

Alumni/Alumna

The seniors are very helpful and humble. Committees are formed like sports and placement committee for taking the help of seniors.

Admission

The student has to give the CET test of GGSIPU and on the basis of rank, they will get the admission ad there is a certain rank criterion.But the form should be filled online for entering into CET. The counseling is also done and the procedure is simple not to complex.

Faculty

We have 5-6 classes in a day as there is morning and evening batches for the course so its easy to understand and learn in fewer students than the total number of students in the batch. We also have our industrial visit one in almost every semester like SEBI, etc.

Shyam lal college not on my wishlist

Course Curriculum Overview:

Well i choose this course because I didn't got what I wanted. Many students are from arts background who got this course because they had no option. The curriculum is same as school all chapters and everything. The law section is new. About buisness and law and everything. Rest is same. Changes in curriculum is not in their hands. But if they could actually change the accounting syllabus. The timing of exams is normal 2:30 to 6:30. And internal test taken by perspective teacher are according to their time and class. They will take retest incase you didn't attended.

Underrated College- An honest opinion

Course Curriculum Overview:

I really was interested in finance and taxation from the beginning. This course aligned rightly with my interests. The curriculum is based on real world applications. Corporate accounting, financial accounting, company law, human resource management, these are very important considering change in the job market and business world. Not only real world applications but one can also go for further academic pursuit such as a master's degree and research. This makes the curriculum really diverse. Some areas of suggestions would be that in theory subjects there should be practical activities. Just like vestibular training. The time of exams is just right. After the completion of syllabus of a particular subject, we are given 10 days of preparation leave. The exams are moderate and it really tests our ability and knowledge based on our studies.

All about SRCC life, exposure, placements, faculty and my experience

Placement Experience:

For placements fifth semester student are eligible for placements. Since it is best commerce college. Companies like big 4, google, bank of America, Goldman Sachs, bcg, bain and co., Sbi, paytm, meesho and many more comes. The highest package was 36 LPA this year from meesho for senior analyst roles. Average package is 10 LPA. Most of the placements take place in consulting, marketing, auditing, finance and analyst roles. Around more than 50% of the students get placed. My plan is to take placements in consulting and finance roles after the degree from the college.

Dyal Singh College: The Good, The Bad and The Confusing

Placement Experience:

The placement of my college is good if you perform well in the process of selection, as I told earlier, the placement cell is pretty active, so you would have a good number of options. I will be naming the good companies that visited my college, they were EY, Deloitte, DE SHAW, TCS, KPMG, etc. Numerous offers were made and I would say over 80% students in my batch got placed in good companies.

Course Curriculum Overview:

In open learning management.. they provide hard copy of books tk prepare whole semester and this is a very good thing because those books are covering whole semester in some books only and there is a v good thing I found... At the end of every chapter they provide summaries and mock questions for every chapter to analyse the weakness and strength. the areas for improvements in the Course Curriculum and Teaching Methods--- they should also provide a mock test paper as per the paper model and latest questions or updated topics with to the point topics The difficulty is normal if candidate is completely prepared...

My view regarding my college

Remarks:

Academically you can choose it but if you are looking for some fancy institution with some best infrastructure and fancy canteen I won't suggest you this college. But this college has one of the very best cricket team and one of our student named Mayank dagar is leading Indian National under-19 team. So I think you understand the impact.

I hdd 90.89 percentile in my CAT 2024 and 93.18 percentile in XAT 2025. These are very good scores and make a candidate like me eligible for top B-schools. Truth about jims kalkaji

The eligibility of the course is to have 50% minimum marks in your undergraduate. The application form, fees, and any other information regarding admission are available on thier admission portal.
