Entrance Preview
KIIT entrance, i scored 280 out of 360. It was a reputed college with good placement. So i decided to take admission in this college one of my reason was also because my brother took admission one year before i took!!
Course Curriculum Overview
Its gud, medium i would say lots of practical session takes place in college frequently to make the student familiarize with the theoretical subjects. lots of guidance is given by teacher to encourage the student to do things effectively and efficiently. There are some workshops conducted by 4th year students of the college. This also help student to build a good personality
Internships Opportunities
No, not at all it provides training of it sector software.which are average. So its better to do training like things rather doing here and forget about internships. There is nothing like those words
Placement Experience
Placement is good but salary package is not good overall salary goes 3.2 lac/annum which is low for graduate engineers But lots of companies come which makes almost every student placed in the college but this is not enough for the student whose family has contributed almost 12 to 15 lakhs for the course and in return very less they obtain
College Events
We have one fest orgainsed by 3rd and 4th year students every year I participated in my 2nd year then in 3rd year 1st year dont get the chance to participate in any of the event od college. So i participated in my 2nd and 3rd year which i enjoyed a lot. It was awsum and memorable for me
Fee Structure And Facilities
Very very expensive 2.6 lakh per year is the college fees inclusive of mess and hostel fees. Laptop is also given by college of hp to every students wi fi is privided in college campus 24*7 But net speed is too low also we get limited access to internet. We have library facility that also 24*7
Fees and Financial Aid
Loan facility is available. Scholorship is available but only topper get that also 2000. So very less in accordance to fees we pay to the college
Campus Life
Male are in greater number(men/female=70/30). Only fresher paty to 1st year students that also conducted by 2nd yeat. So 3rd and 4th year dont get invitation to party. Generally 1 workshop takes place in my college. Lots of student studies here overall students studies here from allover the nation there is no discrimination on basis of anything
Hostel Facilities
Average, but money taken for that food is high hostel rooms are very smaal for students we get rooms for 3 student in a room but actually that rooms are fair enough only for 2 students accommodation but college doesn't care mess food is good and but not h
Alumni/Alumna
Seniors are helpful in times of our difficulties like quarrels we face in difficult circumstances then they people come and try to short out the problem without having any quarrel also they guide us how to use time and what should we do to improve our future
Exam Structure
There are 2 theory exams in a semester with a practical exam. So we face no difficulties in giving such exams in 4 yrs course 8 midsem and 8 sem papers occur for different subjects also practical session also occurs every sem but these are not at all burd
Faculty
Teachers are good and has very eager to teach students. They are good at their profession they are very helpful whenever we go to ask our doubts they always try to figure out the problem and try to solve the problem they also act as our mentor and help in
