Remarks

All over total i want to tell you I have learnt many things in many college life excluding study i learnt how to stay with 200 friends late night study watching cricket with 200 friends i also learnt It is easy to stay awake till 6 o'clock in the morning

I got 2122 rank in OJEE during counseling I have only chosen computer science branch and luckily I got krupajal engineering college.

Internships Opportunities

Frankly speaking I have heard that last college internship is arranged in the year 2009 and it is the last one i have never heard any internship program arranged for us.

Placement Experience

The placements given to students are also very good in 2014,TCS has taken 179 students which is a very good number by seeing such figures and previous placements records me as well as many students had taken admission to this college but the entire scenario changed by 2015.TCS has arrived for oncampus in my college but due to some mismanagement by Training and Placement Cell few qualified candidates can't able to sit for the exam and TCS HR Team get this news about this and so they have just taken 15 students out of 600+ students this is the only company that has visited for the oncampus.

College Events

Yeah their are some events like annual program and different types of competition are organised every year in my college Including some cricket tournament and roadies not only this some other events were also organised in my college like blood donation camp aids awareness program.

Fee Structure And Facilities

I think fee is expensive i had payed ? 89,000/- for each year( includes library charges, exam fees and other miscellaneous charges) all total I have paid ? 356000 only for study, means this does not include hostel fee.

Scholarship are only for those students who are from minority class and who have local residential proof no loans are provided by college.

Campus Life

I am an average person i like to participate in cricket, quizzes and other competition but can't able to win any award there are approx 220 boys compare to 150 girls in hostels as one after another. I think you can understand what I am trying to tell.

Alumni/Alumna

Each senior students want to dominate over their juniors and this also happened in my college but after the fresher party which is given by senior to their juniors this dominating thing just vanishes no ragging is done in my college as it is strictly ban.

Exam Structure

Our exam is conducted by our university.Each year 2 semester all over total 8 semester number of papers and subjects in the exam depends on your branch and on your choice also their are 2-3 practical papers in each semester.

This is 2nd time for me in hostel so I think comparing to previous one this hostel is very good in hostel facilities and mess food too my hostel is in the campus and it has 6 floor.But only 4 floor is working and 2 are under construction each floor has 26

Course Curriculum Overview:

For csit the subjects kee changing accroding to the trendy stuffs that are currently going on but it was really hard to keep with that when all your subjects are changed and you have o idea or previous year qs to geta reference from. Exams are conducted continously with no gaps and its not a easy stuff students get lot of stress but still somehow manage.

A Complete Review of KIIT University from a Student's View

Placement Experience:

The placement opportunities at KIIT are quite good, especially for us the CSE students.The eligibility criteria for campus placements starts from 7th semester. Many well-known companies visit the university every year like TATA Consultancy Services , Infosys, Wipro, Accenture and Capgemini.The average package offered is around 6-8 lakhs and highest package offered around per yr avg is 50-60 lakhs.The percentage of students getting placements is around 90% plus in average per yr. After completing my degree, i plan to work in software industry and gain more experience in the field of technology

I would rate the placements at my college as 3 out of 5. Students usually become eligible for campus placements from the sixth or seventh semester, and a few well-known companies do visit the campus every year. The placement cell helps with basic training like resume building and interviews, and many students, especially from IT branches, manage to secure jobs. At the same time, the average salary packages are not very high and top roles are limited, so a lot of students also focus on skill development, off-campus opportunities or higher studies after completing their degree

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for placement from their 3rd year onwards. It has been only 2-3 months but I have seen several companies arriving at the college, prominent ones being Flipkar,Deloitte, Xerox, TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Microsoft, Dell and several others including startups. There is no accurate data on how many offers have been made this year, but there are rumours that more than 95% of the eligible students have got placements. After getting a degree my plans are if I dont land into a satisfying job then I will start my preparation of the military or start a new business.

So from 7th semester plcements are starting.Various Tech and Non Tech companies are also coming like TCS ,Accenture, Cognizant, Delloitte, InfoSys, KFinTech, Incture, GyanSys, Iserveu for Tech branches. and PRADAN, Aditya Birla etc for Non tech branches. Students also getting offers from OffCampus like RedHat ,CISCO ,Amazon ,Google. From On Campus Highest Package goes upto 12 to 15LPA and lowest is 4.5 but average is 5 to 6 LPA which is comperable. And about almost all are who are opting for placements got placed eventually.

After 6th semester the students get eligible for company placement. There are huge companies visited every year for the placement and many big MNCs like Amazon offers 100seats , Wipro offers 200, detollite offers 100, microsoft offers 10, ITC offers 150 , Infosys offers 300, TCS offers 200, Flipkart offers 150 and many more . Every year almost 80% of the students get placed at a good company with a minimum of 4 lakhs . After getting the degree I am planning to get placed in a multi national company like Amazon or Microsoft

Placements are ok but majority of the placement are for the IT and Cse sectors, but there are some core companies which offers a good packages. Around 40-50 % students pare placed in the companies and more over most of the students are up for the higher studies and cracking GATE exam.

See basically you placement depends on you .If you work hard you will get placed with a good package.In our college last year the avg package for CSE was around 13 Lakh per annum and highest was about 39 lakh per annum.Companies like Amazon,oracle Microsoft etc visited our college .After 4 th or 5 th semester i Think we are all capable of getting placed .
