Remarks
Good college for both studying and enjoying. It mainly depends on the mindset and the company you choose there. There are also negative points like bad infrastructure untidy classrooms but except that it is a very good college.
Course Curriculum Overview
Courses are good but we students don't have an option of choosing we must study all the subject in a particular course. Exam is conducted as per the orders of the pes board and any changes will be implemented.
Placement Experience
Currently I am not participating in any internship as iam still in 1st year so I would not like to give false information. As the information given by the institute their would be industrial visit in the final sem and even placements too.
College Events
Zenic is the fest held in college and many reputed colleges participate. Other than that there are many other small events held for drama, dance, sports and singing. All the events are conducted in the college auditorium.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Quite expensive 60000 per year and for the first year an amount of 5000 as registration should be paid. Do for the next two years it would be 60000 and 60000 which is quite expensive when compared to other colleges in Bangalore.
Fees and Financial Aid
Scholarship of 20% fees paid will be give back to the students who secure 8. 5 and more. If secured more than 9. 0 the top 10 students will be give 150000. And the people who secure 7. 75 will be give 1000 per sem.
Campus Life
As the college has turned into a university for this year we did not get much to see so I would rather not give any information about it. Sports are conducted every month and the main sports fest comes in the month of January.
Alumni/Alumna
No, didnt had any interaction with seniors but as per the people whom I have talked to have told that they were settled in life and have told that it was a very good college. They also give many tips to qualify in the placements.
Admission
Pes has its separate entrance exam called PESSAT which is to be cleared with the required marks by the students which is general aptitude test to get admission. Once we have written the exam we get a text message if we have qualified then we can continue the admission procedure.
Faculty
There are excellent faculty in the college many faculty treat students as friends which is essential for a good relation between the students and teachers. Coming to their teaching it's very good as they explain in a very we can easily understand.
