I took intrane WBJEEB exam i scored 6000 rank in it and after then i took haldia institute of technology according to my rank under this college i get information technology branch.I choose only it branch because of my deep interest in it.I think it now a days lot of things to do.It has wide scope can bring some positive changes in the development of our society.Using it technology we can make things very easier comfortable for the livelihood of human being.

I am in 5th semester and till now i have not done any internship.

Placement and job opportunities here is can be say good.About every year 60-70 percent student on average get placed.The companies came to campus is mostly of software field like tcs,wipro,infosys,tech mahindra in core we can say like tata and steel l&t petrochemical they offer on a average 3.5 lakh.

Every year college have technical,cultural,management festival like prayukti,cultural meet techfest and revera respectively in technical festival like prayukti students are given opportunity in the field like their coding skill management skill representing themself innovative technical ideas and in cultural meet we have competition like debate discussion singing dancing speech and dramas etc.I have participated in speech singing and debate and in all these i got first second rank.

I remember i available scholarships of ten thousand from my father company on getting 90% in 10th 12th std.

Campus life is one of the best experience every students have in their life.The life we spent moment experience whether it is bad good lesson we get learn there always remain in our heart till death.in my college gender ratio is 6 boys per girlstudents come here from many different states like bihar,orrisa tripura jharkhand mostly frm northern part of india.College is very much concerned about extracurricular activities like every year in sport we have internal branch competition in cricket football tenis table racing high jump long jump etc in robotics our college have branch name ieee internationaly,recognized students have their active participation in it. Our college have represented many times in colleges like iits,nit and proved there we are not less them.

In haldia college the best thing i like is hostal. hostal is in excellent condition and there is no any deficiency of seat the hostal rooms are very much spacious airy attached bathroom.The mess food is not up to mark we have manage ourself in search hal

I would rate 5 out 10. seniors are very much supportive they always give some good guidane on academic how to study and what to study .As far as concerned yo our college alumni i did not have any interaction with them.
